Dhruv Suyamprakasam is the Founder and CEO of iCliniq.com, an online doctor consultation platform with a user base comprising more than 1,500 doctors from over 80 specialties and 1,20,000 patients spanning 160 countries. The idea was born out of a personal requirement that Dhruv experienced after struggling to find a doctor due to geographical limitations and thus founded iCliniq alongside Dr. Madhan to fill this gap in the market.

As an entrepreneur, Dhruv has worked tirelessly to build the category of online doctor consultations and grow the business. This has resulted in iCliniq being rated as the 5th best telemedicine company in the world by Healthline. It has also been rated as 4th best in Online doctor services by Treato due to popular reviews. The week magazine in 2014 named Dhruv as one of the healthcare innovators in India. Dhruv has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious College of Engineering in Guindy. Dhruv is passionate about building a start-­-up ecosystem in Coimbatore and is a part of Coimbatore startup group helping young entrepreneurs realize their dreams of entrepreneurship in Coimbatore.

Dilip Chenoy, Former CEO & MD, National Skill Development Corporation

Dilip was till recently, Managing Director & CEO of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The NSDC is a Public Private Partnership whose objective is to skill 150 million people in India by 2022 by fostering private sector investment and initiatives in training and skill development in 20 high growth sectors and the unorganized segment.

During his over five years at NSDC, the NSDC approved the funding of over 250 organisations and 38 Sector Councils. The NSDC partners trained over 5 million persons and placed over 62% of them. The 38 Sector councils created over 1500 competency standards and collaborated with over 2000 schools in 13 states as well as 31 universities to introduce industry led assessment and certification in the institutions.

He is Chairman of the Board of Management of the Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology and  also on the Governing Council of a Management School. Prior to NSDC, Dilip was Director General of the advocacy group for the automobile industry in India, Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).  He also represented SIAM on various Government Committees as well as on the board of the National Skill Development Corporation and the Steering Committee of the International Motorcycle Manufacturers Association.

Before joining SIAM, Dilip was Deputy Director General responsible for Industry Sectors and Associations Council (ASCON) covering, Agriculture, Life sciences and ICT in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Dilip was the CII spokesperson and coordinated CII’s international work relating to the ASEAN.

Prior to his last assignment in CII, Dilip was part of an India team working on the competitiveness of Indian industry with Professor Michael Porter, Harvard Business School. He worked in industry prior to joining CII.

Dilip Dusija is Partner- Corporate Finance , Leader - Private Equity Services with BDO India. He has worked for more than 14years as a seasoned Investment banking professional having experience in deal making as well as transaction support with specialization in Private Equity Services. He has also worked with professional organizations like Axis Bank, Ernst & Young, RSM & Co (now PWC) and KPMG.
Also, he has end to end experience from origination till completion of a transaction, even covering transaction support activities such as due diligence and structuring.

He plays an active role in networking with Private Equity Funds and Promoters of mid-market growth oriented companies.

He is also a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.


Dilip Jose, MD & CEO, Manipal Health Enterprises Pvt Ltd

Dilip Jose is the Managing Director and CEO of Manipal Health Enterprises Pvt. Limited (Manipal Hospitals), an integrated healthcare services system and one of the largest hospitals network in India, with 37 facilities across 19 cities and over 10,500 beds.

He has more than 33 years of experience in various sectors and across functional areas. In healthcare, where he has spent the last 19 years, his previous assignment was as Group CEO of CARE Hospitals, managing a network of tertiary care facilities. Prior to that, he was the Regional Director with Fortis Healthcare, heading their operations in South India. Preceding that, he held leadership positions in the areas of Medical and Para-Medical education as well as tertiary healthcare delivery.

Before his move to the Healthcare sector, Mr Jose spent about 12 years in various roles in Corporate Finance and Strategy.
