Dirk Elsen, Director, Emerging Markets, Triodos Investment Management
Dirk Elsen joined Triodos Investment Management as Director Emerging Markets in January 2012. From 2002 to 2011, he served as Chief Executive of SNV, an international development organization implementing advisory, advocacy and knowledge brokering work in 36 countries across four continents. Before that, Dirk worked at Shell, the World Bank and ABN AMRO, working as a corporate and operational lawyer on projects in Africa and Asia, structuring trade finance business and serving in various senior relationship management roles. Dirk serves on several boards in The Netherlands and beyond including the board of directors of Aavishkaar Group in India.

Divya Sehgal joined IVFA in 2010 and is based in Mumbai.
Prior to IVFA, Divya was the Chief Operating Officer of Apollo Health Street (AHS), a leading healthcare outsourcing firm with worldwide operations. Divya was a founder of AHS and led it to be among the top five firms in its space globally. As COO, Divya managed a global team of executives with responsibility for business strategy, sales and marketing, organization development and service delivery.
Prior to Apollo, Divya served as a consultant at McKinsey, as an investment banker at ANZ and as an entrepreneur at Emedlife. His consulting work at McKinsey involved portfolio and business strategy, acquisition advisory and operational restructuring across a range of clients. His work in the corporate finance team at ANZ Investment bank included M&A and valuation advisory. His entrepreneurial stint involved setting up Emedlife, one of the first corporate healthcare advisory firms in India, raising capital from the Dabur group, growing it to leadership status and then eventually merging it with the Apollo group.
Divya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Diwakar Dadoo, Fund Manager & HEAD – Emerging Markets, Brand Capital
Diwakar is a founding member of Brand Capital. Since its inception in 2005,he helped Times Group to set up & grow Brand Capital (earlier called Times Private Treaties)with the help of significant Private Equity Investments across sectors, and across regions.He has a track record of building and mentoring teams and organizations that succeed & outperform.
Diwakar is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, apprenticed at Ernst & Young and received his MBA (Marketing & Finance) from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.
Diwakar has more than 17 years of experience in Investment Banking, Fund Management, Consulting, Brand Development & Management, International Trade, Marketing & Sales having worked with Corporates and some of the top Consulting Firms, in India and abroad.
Diwakar is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Private Equity and regularly contributes by sharing his thoughts at VC / PE conferences, brand and industry forums. He enjoys reading, traveling, watching theatre, supporting art and spending time with the family.

Dominic Goh, Principal, Harbourvest Partners
Dominic Goh joined HarbourVest in 2012 and focuses on secondary investments. This includes analyzing, structuring, and monitoring a wide range of secondary transaction types.
Dominic was previously at Coller Capital where he evaluated secondary opportunities, and contributed to deal sourcing and fundraising efforts in Asia. Prior to that, he was an investment banking associate at ABN AMRO London in the Financial Institutions Group.
Dominic received a BSc (first class honours) in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2005. Dominic is fluent in Mandarin.
