Dr. Archana Hingorani, CEO & Executive Director, IL&FS Investment Managers Limited
Dr. Archana Hingorani has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services business, teaching and research. Her focus has been on private equity, project finance and financial structuring with a specialization in infrastructure, manufacturing and real estate. She has worked on some of the pioneering private finance transactions in India and has participated in negotiating and structuring project contracts, especially in the real estate and infrastructure sector and has overseen investments with an aggregate capitalization value in excess of US$ 15 bn. Dr Hingorani is a member of the India CEO Forum, affiliated with International Market Assessment Asia (IMA), YPO Gold and the first international Board Member from India on the Business Alumni Association Board of Directors of the University of Pittsburgh. She is a member of the United Nations Environment Programme, Finance Initiative (UNEP FI), a member of its Global Steering Committee, and a Co-Chair of the Finance Commission. Dr Hingorani is also a member of the Advisory Council, Asia Council and the Energy and Infrastructure Council of Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA) and a member of the SuRe Stakeholder Council, Global Infrastructure Basel Foundation.

Dr. Arjun Kalyanpur, Founder & CEO, Tele Radiology
Dr. Arjun Kalyanpur is CEO of Teleradiology Solutions, a healthcare Company headquartered in Bangalore, that reports radiology scans for over 100 hospitals in the US, Singapore, India, Europe and Africa. Teleradiology Solutions was ranked the number 1 teleradiology company in the US for 2011 and awarded the title of “Best in KLAS”. It is the first organization outside Singapore to be accredited by the Ministry of Health, Singapore, and was showcased to President Obama on his visit to India in 2010. The organization also has a software company, TeleradTech, a not-for-profit division, The Telerad Foundation and a teaching website, www.radguru.net.
He was trained at AIIMS, New Delhi, Cornell University Medical Center and Yale University in the US. He is visiting faculty in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at Yale University. He is an active member of the Radiologic Society of North America and the Indian Radiology and Imaging Association and is a reviewer for the journal Emergency Radiology. He was awarded Modern Medicare’s Entrepreneur of the year award in 2007 and was named one of the 50 pathfinders in Healthcare in India by Express Healthcare magazine.

Dr. Rao studied medicine in Davangere, followed by surgical training at St John's Hospital (Bangalore) and Apollo Hospital (Chennai). After getting his MBA in Boston, he led initiatives to improve the quality of care and clinical effectiveness at pioneer institutions like Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and Stanford Hospital in California. Syncremedies is his earnest effort to find all the knowledge that is out there and bring it to the patient.

Dr. Ashita Aggarwal, Professor and Head Marketing, SPJIMR
Dr. Ashita is an economics graduate from Delhi University, an MBA (gold medalist) and holds a Master’s degree with specialization in marketing. She is a doctorate in the area of marketing. Her research topic was "Communication for Brand Building- A case of Indian Business Schools", which was one of the pioneering works done in India.
She has also attended an Executive Management Program on Branding- Creating, building and rejuvenating your brands at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA
Her teaching areas are brand management and marketing communications and her research interest is in the domain of consumer-brand relationships. She is also a key team member and the initiator of SPJIMR rebranding process.
Dr. Ashita has over 16 years of corporate and academic experience. She has worked in Business & Marketing Strategy at Reliance Communications, Branding and Communications area in education sector and has consulted education institutions and consumer brands in the area of consumer insight and brand relationship management. She has 6 years of industry experience and approx. 11 years of teaching and research experience. Dr. Ashita has conducted several training programs for government and non-governmental organizations in branding and communications.

Ashwin Naik is the Founder & Director of Vaatsalya Healthcare, an award winning social enterprise, focused on building a network of hospitals in Tier II and Tier III towns in India. While 70% of India’s population lives in semi-urban and rural areas, majority of the healthcare facilities are in Urban areas and not accessible to these families. Vaatsalya is bridging this gap by building primary and secondary care hospitals in semi-urban and rural areas. Ashwin has a medical degree from Karnatak Medical College, Hubli and a Masters from University of Houston, Texas.
Previously, he was the Vice President of Business Development and Informatics at Triesta Sciences, a clinical genomics company. Ashwin has been part of the human and mouse genome projects at Celera Genomics. He was instrumental in coordinating multidisciplinary teams to compile and analyze human and mouse genomes, leading to two publications in the journal Science. He holds three patents and has contributed a book chapter on Origin of Life.

Dr. Kapoor is the Founder and Managing Director of Regency Hospital Ltd and a qualified Surgeon having done his Masters in General Surgery from GSVM Medical
College, Kanpur. He had an excellent academic career having held numerous positions in MBBS and was awarded honors virtually in every subject with Gold Medals in Physiology, Medicines, Surgery, Obs. & Gynecology, and Ophthalmology. Having special interest in surgery, he joined the Department of Surgery at GSVM Medical College to do his Masters in the subject.
He worked as a Resident Surgeon and demonstrator in the department of Surgery till 1984 and after completing his MS Surgery, left Kanpur to join the prestigious Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital at New Delhi as a Senior Registrar in Surgery. He worked in this hospital for approximately one year and during this period gained wide surgical experience. During his brief stay at Delhi, he decided to establish a multi specialty corporate hospital in Kanpur. An objective of bringing international standard of healthcare within the reach of common man in Uttar Pradesh was achieved with commissioning of Regency Hospital Ltd. in the state industrial capital, Kanpur a few years back. Ever since its establishment, the super specialty corporate hospital never looked back in bringing high quality medical services here.

Dr. Ajai is the founder and Chairman of HCG. He completed his M.B.B.S from St. John's Medical College, Bangalore and left for the United States to pursue higher education. He joined the University of Virginia, Charlottesville and did his Residency in Oncology. He did his Fellowship in Radiation Oncology & Medical Oncology from the world renowned M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston.
With over 35 years of experience in the field of oncology at some of the reputed cancer centers in US., Dr. Ajaikumar had a vision to start a world class cancer care center with the latest technology and best of expertise in India. He joined a group of specialists at Bangalore in 1989 and started the 'Bangalore Institute of Oncology' the only private cancer hospital at that point in time in Bangalore.
Today as chairman of HCG he manages 20 Cancer Care Centers across Asia with dedicated cancer care centers in tier 2 & 3 cities. Under his leadership HCG changed the landscape in oncology by introducing whole body radio-surgery system - CyberKnife in India and also advanced imaging, 128 slice HD- PET, 3 Tesla MRI- Skyra, digital mammogram etc
