Overview
Leadership Development & Executive Coaching with Dr. Marshall Goldsmith on Developing Ourselves, Coaching Our People, and Building Engagement
In this fast-paced, interactive two-day session, Marshall will begin with a discussion of the classic challenges that come with success in leadership and in life. He will show how to use ‘what to stop’ in coaching and development. Participants will get to practice and be ready to use feedforward, a positive tool for learning that has been successfully implemented around the world. Dr. Goldsmith will then share the essence of the Stakeholder Centered Leadership Development and Stakeholder Centered Coaching processes that are backed by award-winning research from tens of thousands of respondents.
In day two, Marshall will focus on ‘becoming the person you want to be’. Particpants will experience the ‘Heroes Exercise’ to help them clarify their values and long-term aspirations. He will build upon key learnings from MOJO, Triggers, and The Earned Life (his upcoming book), to help particpants focus on how they can make the changes they need to help them become closer to being the people that they want to be. Finally, Dr. Goldsmith will show how daily questions – and especially active questions – can be used to both increase individual effectiveness and build employee engagement.
