Dilip Chenoy, Former CEO & MD, National Skill Development Corporation
Dilip was till recently, Managing Director & CEO of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The NSDC is a Public Private Partnership whose objective is to skill 150 million people in India by 2022 by fostering private sector investment and initiatives in training and skill development in 20 high growth sectors and the unorganized segment.
During his over five years at NSDC, the NSDC approved the funding of over 250 organisations and 38 Sector Councils. The NSDC partners trained over 5 million persons and placed over 62% of them. The 38 Sector councils created over 1500 competency standards and collaborated with over 2000 schools in 13 states as well as 31 universities to introduce industry led assessment and certification in the institutions.
He is Chairman of the Board of Management of the Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology and also on the Governing Council of a Management School. Prior to NSDC, Dilip was Director General of the advocacy group for the automobile industry in India, Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM). He also represented SIAM on various Government Committees as well as on the board of the National Skill Development Corporation and the Steering Committee of the International Motorcycle Manufacturers Association.
Before joining SIAM, Dilip was Deputy Director General responsible for Industry Sectors and Associations Council (ASCON) covering, Agriculture, Life sciences and ICT in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Dilip was the CII spokesperson and coordinated CII’s international work relating to the ASEAN.
Prior to his last assignment in CII, Dilip was part of an India team working on the competitiveness of Indian industry with Professor Michael Porter, Harvard Business School. He worked in industry prior to joining CII.

Dilip Dusija is Partner- Corporate Finance , Leader - Private Equity Services with BDO India. He has worked for more than 14years as a seasoned Investment banking professional having experience in deal making as well as transaction support with specialization in Private Equity Services. He has also worked with professional organizations like Axis Bank, Ernst & Young, RSM & Co (now PWC) and KPMG.
Also, he has end to end experience from origination till completion of a transaction, even covering transaction support activities such as due diligence and structuring.
He plays an active role in networking with Private Equity Funds and Promoters of mid-market growth oriented companies.
He is also a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Dilip Modi, Managing Director, Spice Mobility
Dilip is a new generation tech entrepreneur who has been spearheading mobility innovations.
Dilip started his career in the early 90s, working closely with McKinsey to restructure Group businesses. With an eye on the future, he led the entry of his
Group into the sunrise telecom sector in 1995 by creating Modi Telstra, India’s first mobile service provider. He rose to become its Chairman in July 1999 before its successful divestment from the Group in 2000.
Dilip is currently the Managing Director of S Mobility Limited, the emerging digital innovation company offering mobile internet products and services across India, ASEAN and parts of Africa. He is also on the board of several other Spice group companies including Spice Global, Spice Finance & Spice Enfotainment, in addition to being the executive Vice Chairman of Spice I2I.
He is the youngest ever President of the Associated Chambers of Commerce (ASSOCHAM), the oldest chamber of India. Dilip holds a First Class Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Technology from the Brunel University, London, UK. He has also done his Masters in Business Administration from the Management School at the Imperial College, London, with a specialization in Finance.
Dilipkumar Khandelwal, CIO Corporate Functions, Global Head of Technology Centres and CEO, Deutsche India, Deutsche Bank Group
Dilipkumar Khandelwal is the Global Chief Information Officer for Corporate Functions, Global Head of Technology Centres and Chief Executive Officer for Deutsche India, at Deutsche Bank Group.
He joined Deutsche Bank in 2019, after having worked at SAP for over 18 years. In his last role, he was President of the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud business and Managing Director for SAP India.
Dilip is focused on delivering front-to-back technology solutions in an innovative and forward-thinking manner to drive digital transformation at Deutsche Bank. He is also tasked with improving the bank’s technical competence to provide best-in-class technology services which directly impacts the bank’s delivery to external clients and regulators.
Outside Deutsche Bank, Dilip is a member of the NASSCOM Executive Council and is on the Governing Council for International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad. He is also on the advisory boards of some venture capital firms and is extremely passoniate about mentoring start-ups.
Dilip is a graduate of Engineering from Mumbai University and holds a MBA from the Indian School of Business.

Dimple leads investments in Financial Inclusion focused on India and Southeast Asia for Omidyar Network India Advisors. She invests in for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations that work to extend access to high-quality, affordable financial services to those living at the base of pyramid.
Dimple joined Omidyar Network in 2012, bringing 21 years of in-depth knowledge in financial services, including more than 11 years in private equity in India. Most recently, she served as managing director at Everstone Investment Advisors, a leading private equity and real estate investment firm. Previously, Dimple worked at AIG Global Investment Corporation, where she was responsible for identifying investment opportunities, monitoring investments, and providing overall portfolio management support. She also worked at various investment banks, including: Lazard India, HSBC, and Société Générale, where she was involved with capital market and advisory transactions.
Dimple earned both her law degree and bachelor’s in commerce from Mumbai University. She is a fellow member (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, India.

Dinesh Chhabra, Chief Executive Officer, Usha International
A chartered accountant by profession, Dinesh Chhabra is the current CEO of Usha International. A leader who walks the talk, he is adept at customizing his leadership style to suit the need of the hour. He believes paying attention to the micro aspects of the business results in macro rewards and ensures that everyone across the organization is aligned to the larger picture while understanding the role they need to play for the company to be successful. He joined Usha International to lead the Finance function, where his indepth understanding of various aspects of the business saw him being elevated to the CEO’s role about 10 years ago.

As part of various social initiatives including mentoring start-up units, as well as providing support and professional direction to orphaned children who need guidance, Dinesh does not shy away from putting his experience to benefit others.
His wife Neelam, a lawyer by profession, actively supports all his social initiatives. Dinesh and Neelam are extremely house proud. They also enjoy travelling and exploring new places whenever they get a chance. Dinesh is also extremely passionate about following an active and healthy lifestyle. They have two sons who are both pursuing their passions for a living.
