Bidyut is Customer Life Cycle Management, Loyalty and Integrated Marketing professional and is currently heading the Group Loyalty initiative for the Tata Group and has been with the Tata group for last 11 years. Prior to that he had set up the Loyalty & Analytics division of Titan and set up the enterprise wide loyalty program encircle which runs across all 1200+ stores of Titan.
Before Titan he worked with top advertising agencies – JWT, Lintas & Digitas, in media planning one to one marketing, database n digital marketing & and with Wipro Consumer Care as a brand manager & then as an area sales manager for Wipro Consumer Care and was part of the core team who worked on the current brand identity Wipro – Applying Thought.

With a team of over 500+ professionals who have expertise and capabilities to develop and manage large-scale turnkey loyalty solutions, Loylty Rewardz manages loyalty programs for a growing consumer base of over 1 Billion profiles in India under its flagship brand – Max Get More and enjoys more than 70% market share of all debit cards issued in India. Loylty Rewardz currently processes over 2.5 billion transactions yearly and has awarded more than 30 billion loyalty points to consumers in India till date.
Bijaei has raised over INR 160 crores as Venture Capital Investment for Loylty Rewardz since its inception, with the Series B investment coming from Canaan Partners, a globally reputed Venture Capital firm. Bijaei is also one of the few prominent entrepreneurs in India to have offered multibagger exits to his Venture Capital investors.
Prior to founding Loylty Rewardz, Bijaei worked with MasterCard Worldwide as the Head of MasterCard’s relationship with the largest bank in India, the State Bank Group. While at MasterCard, Bijaei was twice conferred with the MasterCard SAMEA Star Award (South Asia, ME & Africa) & once with the APMEA Star Award (Asia Pacific, ME & Africa) for his contributions to MasterCard businesses worldwide. Previously, Bijaei was the Head of Jet Privilege, the loyalty program of Jet Airways. He has also worked in the advertising industry with McCann Erickson Worldwide in Dubai, UAE.
Bijaei earned his degree in business management as a part of the Founding Class of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
Bijou Kurien, President & CE - Lifestyle, Reliance Retail Ltd
Bijou Kurien has about 27 years of experience in Indian Industry. A post graduate in Management from XLRI, India, he joined Hindustan Lever Ltd., as a management trainee in 1981. After a successful stint of 6 years in various capacities in Sales, Marketing and Projects, he joined Titan Industries Ltd, India’s leading manufacturer and marketer of watches and jewellery. He also headed the team which established Timex Watches Ltd. in India.
Biju Mohandas, Director, Acumen Fund
As Business Manager, Biju Mohandas assists the country director in managing investments across portfolios and also heads the compliance and financial operations of the India office. Biju has about a decade of experience in the health care sector which has ranged from clinical care and operations management to venture capital investments in early stage healthcare companies during his tenure at the Acumen fund. He has an MBA from the Indian school of business specializing in analytical finance and strategic marketing.

He also assists Indian and foreign clients in legal risk management, and continuous legal review & support of their operations in India.

Bikram has over a decade of experience in private equity with investment experience spanning North America, Europe and Asia with a specific focus on India.
Bikram holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Allahabad.
