Abhishek Ravi, CIO, Dream11 & Dream Sports

Abhishek Ravi is the Chief Information Officer of Dream Sports and leads the DevOps, IT and Security for the organisation. Abhishek is responsible for bridging the gap between business and security requirements and identifying the best suited technical solutions.

Abhishek has over 19 years of experience in technology, consumer internet product development and security. He is focussed on solving real consumer problems using innovative, scalable and performance-oriented solutions. Before Dream Sports, Abhishek has worked with Inkfruit.com, Tricom India and Infosys in various technology leadership roles. As a strong believer in values, he puts a lot of effort into creating a great team culture.

Abhishek graduated from IIT Kanpur with a Bachelor of Technology. Besides the passion for technology, Abhishek is an avid cricket fan and follows the Mumbai Indians team.


Abhishek Rungta, Partner, Seeders Venture Capital

Abhishek is a technology entrepreneur, who has bootstrapped his flagship venture - Indus Net Technologies, an offshore outsourcing company to a 500+ strong team of professionals spread across India, UK, USA and Singapore. He is co-founder of Seeders, a seed-fund company investing in early stage technology companies across India. Some of their investments are in  Azoi, Plivo, Shopo, iDubba, IIMJobs, CarSingh to name a few.

On education front, He did Bachelors in Commerce from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata. He did MS in Multimedia Technology from University of Bath.


Abhishek Sen, CHRO, Head CX & Corporate Services, Myntra Jabong

Abhishek is a key member of the Executive Leadership team at Myntra / Jabong. He is a strategic advisor to the business entrusted with the responsibility of building and delivering on the firm’s strategy and vision for the future. His work straddles across the following areas:
a) Human Resources and Corporate Services (Real Estate, Admin).
b) Consumer Experience - dedicated team of professionals managing experience metrics and initiatives across Service, Platform and Product.
c) Customer Care - Contact center operations across Voice, Social Media, Chat and Email spread across 5 locations.

Prior to Myntra, he has worked with Aon Hewitt as a Director & Practice Leader in the consulting business leading multiple practices across multiple geographies for a decade. Earlier, he worked with SAP Labs and Britannia Industries in various HR capacities covering HR management and HR Product development.

He is a passionate people and business leader who enjoys creating customer impact through people engineering. He believes in building lasting scalable experiences with technology at the core.

Abhishek is a thought leader in both HR and CX with numerous articles and publications to his name. He is an accountant by training and an MBA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI School of Management, Jamshedpur.


Abhishek Senthilnathan, Senior Member Technology Practice Group, Nishith Desai Associates

Abhishek is an integral member of the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT), Intellectual Property (IP) and International Commercial Law (ICL) Practice Group at the multi-skilled, research based international law firm Nishith Desai Associates.

He specifically focuses on matters pertaining to Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Data Protection and Telecommunications at the firm. He advises clients on IP management and protection strategy and on complex cross-border transactions including technology deals, regulatory matters & commercial transactions across various sectors, with special focus on intellectual property, data protection and fin-tech. Abhishek has also assisted clients in complex cross-border transactions.

In addition, he has done extensive research and undertaken various matters in relation to areas of technology such AR/VR, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing etc.


Abhishek Shah, CEO & Co-Founder, Wellthy Therapeutics

Abhishek is the Co-founder and CEO of Wellthy Therapeutics, a digital therapeutics company which inspires and enables people to prevent, manage and control their chronic health conditions and are in the process, pioneering an entirely new category of medicine in Asia.

Wellthy’s first therapeutic in Type-II diabetes has been endorsed as a prescription-grade intervention by the RSSDI, Asia’s largest Diabetes research organisation and is currently prescribed by over 300 physicians in India. Since its inception in 2015, Wellthy has conducted over 13 research studies to validate it outcomes, enrolled more than 7000 participants, collected over a million behavioral data points and entered into multiple strategic partnerships with over 7 enterprises across the health-care eco-system to transform the preventive care landscape in emerging markets.

Abhishek holds a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB).

Abhishek has previously spoken about the role of digital therapeutics in addressing the chronic disease burden at several conferences including 78th Scientific Session of the American Diabetes Association in Orlando, The Clinically Validated Digital Therapeutics Summit in Boston, the NASSCOM Healthtech Summit in Bangalore and the Health and Retirement Conference organised by the Singapore Actuarial Society.


Abhishek Sharman, Founder & Managing Director, Carpediem Advisors Private Limited

Abhishek Sharman is the founder and Managing Director of the Investment Manager. He has over 14 years of experience in private equity investments in India. He is responsible for driving the overall strategy and investment decisions, while also spearheading fund-raising activities. He is deeply entrenched in the Indian financial services industry and has a track record of sourcing proprietary deals and concluding profitable exits.

He was previously Principal at India Equity Partners (“IEP”), an India-focused private equity fund with approximately USD 350 Mn in AUM. During his tenure at IEP, he worked across diverse sectors such as healthcare, education, managed services, consumer services, and financial services. Mr. Sharman has served on the boards of Quess Corp, IL&FS Education, Sagar Ratna Restaurants, RG Stone Hospitals and Axiss Dental and also played key role in IEP’s investments in Coldex and Manappuram. Prior to IEP, he was an investment professional with SUN Group, a private equity firm focused on emerging markets, primarily Russia and India, with USD 2 Bn in investments.

He serves on the board of the following Carpediem Capital Partners Fund I’s portfolio companies, Gadgetwood eServices Private Limited (Yaantra), Collateral Medical Private Limited and Sindhuja Microcredit Private Limited (Sindhuja). He has received a management degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta and an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.


Abhishek Sinha, Co-founder & CEO, Eko India Financial Services Private Limited

Eko has been in mobile payments since 2007. Due to limitations in regulations to implement this independently then, Eko partnered with banks to offer this service in a white-label and co-branded model. Eko partnered with leading banks such as State Bank of India, ICICI Bank and IndusInd Bank to cater to over 5 million customers spread across 80 cities, towns, villages in 13 states. Eko has processed over US$ 2.3 billion worth of transactions. Eko used a network of 3500 retail partners to source customers. Today 66% of their monthly transactions are from repeat customers.

Eko has been a leader in P2P transactions catering to customers largely in the income range of upto Rs 50K per month. Eko right from inception has been for the mobile ‘first’ customer issuing a mobile ‘first’ and mobile ‘only’ payment instrument.

Eko has recently received its Prepaid Payment Instrument license from RBI and will be shortly launching its prepaid wallet for low and moderate income customers. It is also one of the applicants for Payments Bank license.


Abhishek Srivastava, Director, Endiya Partners

With his passion for building the next wave of world-class product start-ups, operational advice and strategic guidance come naturally to Abhishek Srivastava, Director, Endiya Partners.

At Endiya, Abhishek focuses on investments in technology, and comes with over a decade of experience in early-stage investing, operations and management consulting. He also sits on the Board of Hansel. Previously, he was on the Board of ShieldSquare (Radware) and Incnut (istyle). Besides that, he has played a vital role in the exit of Little Eye Labs (Facebook).

Prior to Endiya, Abhishek was a part of the investment team at Ventureast. His other experiences span CYIENT, where he was responsible for the firm’s M&As, strategy development & incubations, and PwC, where his skills were utilized at the Transaction Advisory Team. Before PwC, Abhishek worked as a consultant with the strategy and operations group at Deloitte Consulting where he advised several global clients on pre & post-merger strategies, market entry and growth expansion blueprints. He also worked with Tata Consultancy Services, as Engineer/ Account Manager, handling enterprise Product Development projects and Business Development.

Abhishek holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (Delhi University) and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He is also a qualified CFA level 1 and has volunteered with several TiE Hyderabad initiatives. Abhishek is a member of Mensa International. Besides work, he loves unravelling puzzles, playing a racquet game & being glued to his Playstation.


Abinash Tripathy, Founder & CEO, Helpshift

Abinash Tripathy brings more than 17 years of mobile experience to Helpshift, an early stage startup that is building the world's first native customer service and support solution.

Prior to Helpshift, Abinash started the India division of Zimbra, Inc and grew it to 40 employees prior to its acquisition by Yahoo, Inc. Prior to Zimbra, Abinash was an early employee at Openwave Systems Inc., the pioneers of the Mobile Internet 1.0 (WAP), which delivered the first Internet enabled phones to the market. At Openwave, he was responsible for conceptualizing and delivering the worlds first IP based Voicemail/Unified communications, Mobile Photo Messaging (in Japan) and MMS products to the market. Abinash also contributed to the development of the VoiceXML and 3GPP MMS standards.
