Sujan Hajra, Chief Economist, Executive Director, Institutional Equity, Anand Rathi Securities
Sujan Hajra joined the Anand Rathi Group in 2006 and is currently the Executive Director, Chief Economist of the Group. He also heads the research team of Institutional Equity. He previously worked with the Reserve Bank of India for 16 years. The last post he held at the Reserve Bank was Director, Department of Economic Analysis & Policy.
The Institutional Investor poll rates Sujan as one of the top economists in India and within the top 20 in Asia (excluding Japan). Before joining the Reserve Bank of India, Sujan was a Research Fellow of the University Grant Commission (UGC) and was declared National Scholar twice.
Sujan has been a part of various official Committees and Groups and represented India and the Reserve Bank of India at various national and international forums including the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the United Nations Commission on Trade & Development (UNCTAD), the World Bank and the World Trade Organisation (WTO). He led the Indian delegates at the inaugural conference of Young Economists with the Nobel Prize Winners in Economics.
Sujan is the author of a book (Re-emerging India: A Global Perspective) and over 20 technical articles on economics and finance in referred national and international journals. He is an M. Phil in International Trade & Development and M.A. in Economics, from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.

Sujan Sinha, MD & CEO, Shriram Housing Finance Ltd
Sujan Sinha is a senior professional in the financial services industry, especially in the retail side of it, having spent more than 30 years in various banks and financial institutions, after joining SBI as a Probationary Officer in 1981. Prior to joining the Shriram Group as the Managing Director & C.E.O. of Shriram Housing Finance Limited in November 2010, he was one of the important members of the core retail team of Axis Bank (erstwhile UTI Bank), setting up and heading the retail lending business of the bank, including the retail mortgage business, for more than 7 years.
He had been involved with various other retail initiatives of the bank and had served as the bank's nominee on the boards of NBFCs in which Axis Bank had financial stake. Shriram Housing Finance Limited, a subsidiary of the Shriram group's flagship company, Shriram City Union Finance Ltd., is the most recent addition to the group's stables and has just completed a full year's business. In this short span of time Shriram Housing has been able to set up more than 43 branches spread across 14 states of the country and with more than 200 employees on its rolls.

Sujatha Mohan, Head - Digital and New Initiatives, RBL Bank
Sujatha Mohan, Head - Digital and New Initiatives has 26 years of experience in various industries, including banking and finance. She is responsible for making RBL Bank the partner of choice for its unique Open Bank and Platform strategies that facilitate technologically advanced end-to-end banking services. She provides leadership and direction in creating technology architecture, business orientation, process management and strong customer service in digital banking services.
Sujatha is a key enabler of the technology transformation of RBL Bank. She helped to set up key tech-driven systems that earned the bank many awards and accolades, including Asian Banker Award (2013 and 2015) and IBA Best IT Team Award, to name a few.
Prior to joining RBL Bank, Sujatha worked in various capacities at Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd (erstwhile iflex solutions), ANZ Grindlays Bank and SHCIL. She is an expert on multiple areas of banking, including emerging digital technologies.

Sujay Kalele, CEO, Kolte Patil Developers Limited
Sujay Kalele currently holds dual responsibility in Kolte Patil Developers Ltd (KPDL). At a group level, he is responsible for conceptualization & product development of various projects, leading the marketing function of the organization and driving new business initiatives.
Additionally, he also heads Kolte-Patil Real Estate Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of KPDL which is executing a 2.2 million square feet mixed use development in Eastern Pune.
Before joining Kolte Patil, Sujay worked with Jones Lang LaSalle India as vice president capital markets where he was primarily responsible for servicing fund raising needs of real estate developers in the Western Indian markets of Mumbai, Pune and other Tier II markets.
Sujay holds a post graduate degree in Management with specialization in Analytical Finance and Strategy from The Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and Bachelor of Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Pune.

Sujayath Ali is the Co-Founder and CEO of Voonik, the leader in the unbranded fashion category with an annual GMV rate of over 120 Million USD. It has over 20 Million registered users, with 18 Million app downloads. Voonik has built deep technology to enable personalization that made it the most engaging ecommerce app in India. On the supply side, it has over 15 Lakh products from more than 25,000 sellers. Voonik has a highly scalable ‘lean’ marketplace business model where it operates without inventory and fulfilment centers.
Before Voonik, Sujayath was a Senior Business Leader at Visa. Prior to this, he was associated with Amazon.com as their Senior Product Manager. He started his career as a Senior Software Development Engineer with iNautix Technology. He is distinguishable for being the creator of the first of its kind flagship products in his professional tenure before turning entrepreneur.
An MBA from the Indian School of Business, he also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering.

Sujoy Bose, MD & CEO, National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF)
Sujoy is a business leader with over three decades of extensive experience in emerging markets investing and project finance, covering infrastructure, industrials and services sectors. During his career, he has worked on projects covering over 50 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean.
He joined NIIF as the MD & CEO in 2016 and is currently based in Mumbai.
Prior to joining NIIF, he spent over 25 years at International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector investment and financing arm of the World Bank Group. During his tenure at IFC, he has held several leadership positions, with his last position being Director and Global Co-Head, Infrastructure and Natural Resources, based in Washington DC, managing a USD 14 billion portfolio.
Prior to this position, he also served as the Chief Investment Officer and Head of IFC’s African Latin American and Caribbean Fund, based in Washington DC, where he managed and led a USD 1 billion regional growth fund to selectively co-invest with IFC.
From 2006-2010, Sujoy led IFC’s Mumbai office and was responsible for managing its growth and building a strong team of 40 investment professionals as an important part of IFC’s goals for localization of its business. He started his career as a Management Associate with Citibank in Chennai in 1991 as part of the Credit Cards business within the Consumer Banking Group.
Sujoy holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, India and is an MBA in Finance from Rice University, Houston, Texas.
