Solomon Prakash, Founder, mGaadi
Solomon Prakash is the Founder of India Drivers Network (mgaadi), a social enterprise that builds a network of commercial drivers in India and offers various services to the driver community through location based technologies. During 2010-12 he was the country head of Ashoka in India and the Global leadership Group member of Ashoka. He founded a non-profit called Maya in 1989 to improve public education and address livelihood issues of poor and disadvantaged communities. He founded Maya Organic, a for-profit marketing and Design Company,which built a network of collective enterprises run by the artisan communities; produce competitive, global market quality products in 4 different sectors.
He founded LabourNet another for-profit social enterprise, to create and enhance job opportunities for the informal sector service workers in urban areas. LabourNet connects jobs and workers, improves work systems at job sites, encourages skill development, and provides access to social security. He is an engineer and spent most of life as a social entrepreneur. Solomon Prakash lives in Bangalore, India.
Som Satsangi, VP & GM, Enterprise Group & MD India, Hewlett Packard Enterprise
Som Satsangi is the Vice President & General Manager, Enterprise Group and Managing Director for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in India. In this role, he has the countrywide responsibility for revenues and profitability and ensuring the greatest leverage from HPE's Enterprise Group business.
In his 19 years with HPE, Som has served numerous leadership positions and made significant progress strengthening HPE's sales discipline and improving simplicity, predictability and consistency in the way the company works with its partner community.
Prior to this appointment, he was the Vice President of Sales for HPE's Enterprise Group business. In this role, he provided leadership and direction for the growth of Commercial Enterprise and Public Sector accounts for HPE across India; building capacities through development of programs and solutions, enhancing selling capabilities and operational excellence and managing the P&L for this customer segment.
Previously, Som led HPE's server, storage, networking and infrastructure software business in India. This included the market-leading server range comprising HPE ProLiant, Superdome, Integrity and NonStop, as well as storage solutions under StorageWorks and Infrastructure Software such as Insight Software, Virtual Server Environment (VSE) and HP UNIX operating system and HPE Networking.
Before that, as the Director of Sales of HPE India's Technology Solutions Group, he was responsible for overseeing all sales and driving continued growth for this business.
With over 30 years of experience in the IT Industry, Som, a firm believer of talent management, also championed various talent development programs across HPE.
Prior to joining HPE, he led sales and marketing organizations in various Indian IT companies. He is a gold medalist in Engineering from REC Jaipur.
Somya Satsangi, Partner, Amrop
Ms. Somya Satsangi is a Partner at Amrop India and leads the Technology and Digital space. She brings 24 years of rich experience in business consulting and IT industry with global corporations across the US, Europe, and India in varied senior management roles encompassing Business Development, Strategy and Operations. Ms. Satsangi has also advised start-ups, mentoring founders to navigate through the complex start-up process, evolve business models and accelerate time-to-market. Previously, she was VP Corporate Development and Strategy with CA Technologies, managing their key investments and global strategic partnerships. She held key business building roles in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in the UK for 7 years which included leading the UK Telecom, Media and Entertainment practice and setting up a successful Government business footprint for TCS in the UK. Ms. Somya Satsangi also spent 12 years with erstwhile Arthur Andersen in Europe and India.

Sonal is a co-founder of Twigly foods, a company he co-founded in September 2015. Twigly delivers freshly made global cuisine at doorsteps of hungry souls. Before starting Twigly, Sonal was a VP at SAIF Partners and headed the F&B investments.
Sonal Shah, Executive Director , SMC Capitals Ltd
Sonal heads M&A and Private Equity Advisory at SMC Group. She has experience of over 20 years across M&A, corporate advisory and strategic consulting. She has advised leading Indian and international companies across areas including M&A, Joint Ventures, Equity/Debt Fund raising and Growth strategy. She has also advised Government of India- Ministry of Food Processing and Ministry of Agriculture and several State Governments on agri/food strategy and its implementation. She has been an active member of Industry Panels for the consumer, food, agribusiness and financial services sectors, for leading Indian Industry Associations. Sonal holds a PGDM from IIM Kolkata and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Honours) from Hindu College, University of Delhi.

A post-graduate from IBS Hyderabad, Sonali has a demonstrated history of working across various business functions in the Fintech industry. She possesses technical expertise in SAS and CHAID and specializes in credit risk assessment at various stages of the customer lifecycle, in the domain of retail assets. By rising to the highest ranks of India’s conventionally male-dominated business world at a very young age, Sonali is a role model for women empowerment.
Prior to co-founding RING in 2021 and Kissht Finance in 2015, she has worked as an analyst with HDFC Bank and Deutsche Bank in areas like Retail banking, Scorecard Development, Business Development and improvement of cross-holding ratio with risk factorization, Fraud Analytics, Credit Risk assessment. At Ring, Sonali has played a pivotal role in revamping the corporate identity of the company and has brought in new innovations across business divisions.

Sonam Shah, Head, Garodia Academy
Ms. Sonam Shah – Preschool Head of Garodia’s Academy, for over a decade, has done her Masters in Human Development (from the College of Home Science, Nirmala Niketan). She has been instrumental in developing curriculum for Beehive – Franchise Preschool by Garodia Education and has been managing Garodia Academy’s Department of Early Childhood Education – a preschool teacher-training program.
A child at heart she is passionate about being with kids and envisions children to become independent thinkers and self – motivated learners.
Sonia Weymuller, Co-Founder and General Partner, VentureSouq (VSQ)
Sonia Weymuller is a Co-Founder and General Partner at VentureSouq (VSQ), a MENA-based venture capital fund with a global portfolio where she leads the firm’s ClimateTech investment practice. Previously, she was an Investment Consultant for Acumen’s KawiSafi Fund, worked in Commercial Development at Turner Broadcasting in Dubai, with Viacom’s Emerging Markets Strategy Group and with Microsoft’s Strategy and M&A team in London. Sonia is on the Board of Advisors of the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa) and is a Jury member for the Cartier Women’s Initiative. She also serves as the UAE Director for the Yale Alumni Schools Committee and on the Yale President’s Council on International Activities. Sonia holds a B.A. from Yale University, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and is a Kauffman Fellow.
