Shailesh Vickram Singh, Managing Partner, Massive Fund

Shailesh Vickram Singh is the Managing Partner - Massive Fund and founder - GoMassive - The Impact Investment Network.

Both the organizations have been set up to build ecosystem and promote investment in areas of Agriculture, Clean Mobility, Clean energy, Clean Water & Waste Management.

Shailesh has over 20 years of experience in Entrepreneurship / Venture investing with SeedFund (a $54 million VC fund based in India), GVFL, UTI and has been an angel investor as well. He writes extensively on Agriculture, Farmer income, Economics, Venture capital, and Entrepreneurship. His blog fringenotes.in has been regularly published in leading newspapers of India.

Shailesh is a regular speaker at various Industry forums both internationally & in India. He recently spoke in international event such as EIIES China, FT Climate Asia-Hong Kong, Transforming Asia Pacific Summit Bankok, Cleantech Forum Singapore, UN regional Climate summit- Bangkok, and in Indian events such as Sankalp Global Forum, UNEP World Environment Week- New Delhi.

Shailesh has done his MBA from IIM Lucknow and B.Tech from GB Pant University.


Shaili Chopra, Founder, SheThePeople.TV

Shaili Chopra is one of India’s top television editor-­?presenters. She has a prolific journalism, which has now furthered her into entrepreneurship, allowing her to
use her news skills to create meaningful content for the web. In her last role, she was the Senior Editor and Lead Anchor at ET NOW, the Economic Times Business News
Channel and earlier with India’s largest tv network NDTV where she was part of the core team that set up their business channel NDTV Profit.

In March 2016 Shaili was announced one of India’s Top 50 Most Influential Women in Media, Marketing and Advertising by IMPACT Magazine. She is the founder of two success startups called GolfingIndian.com and SheThePeople.TV

Shaili’s startups have been official partners of the government’s efforts such as StartUp India Initiative, Make In India initiative, TiE’s StartUp Expo and  many more. In 2012, SheThePeople.TV is the biggest story telling platform for women achievers in India. Shaili received India’s highest honour in journalism The Ramnath
Goenka Award for best in Business Journalism. She also won the Media Foundation Best Business Anchor Award for 2010 and in the same year the Federation of Indian
Industry (FICCI) gave her the Young Women’s Achiever Award for contribution to media. She also won the News Television Award for the Best Reporter in India in 2007 and
laterin 2008, her business-­?golfshow Business on Course, won the Best Show Award.

Shaili Chopra has been at the forefront of key global events including the G-­?20 of 2008 in Washington on dealing with the big economic crisis, Prime Minister’s visit

Shaily George, CEO, Aadyant Education

Shaily is an investment professional turned entrepreneur. She has almost a decade of work experience across various functions and industries. She is an engineer from McGill University, Canada and has done her MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. She has recently joined the Aadyant Education to help take the platform from a single pre-school player to end-2-end educational service provider with a chain of pre-schools, training institute as well as formal K-12 schools. Prior to joining Aadyant, for a year, Shaily consulted a few entrepreneurs to help with business planning and strategy. Prior to that, she spent 2 years at IDFC Private Equity, where she was mainly responsible for looking at investment opportunities in the education, healthcare and hospitality sect. Prior to her MBA, Shaily worked for three years as a project manager on aircraft simulators at CAE Inc., Canada.

Shalabh Saxena, Chief Operating Officer, Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Company Limited

Shalabh is a founder member & currently heads Marketing, Operations, Information Technology, Customer Retention & Corporate Communication. An MBA in Marketing, he has previously worked with Standard Chartered Bank and ING Life Insurance.

He brings with him a strong retail financial experience of 22+ years in Consumer Banking & Life Insurance Industry. Through his career he has run large profit centre & SBU’s across various business lines in Life Insurance & Retail Banking. Core competence & exposure revolves around Distribution set up & handling sales in large business environment, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Customer Retention, Alliances & Acquisitions, Channel Relationship Management, Market Expansion & Distribution Strategy, Customer Service & Operations.

Shalabh in his current role handles four diverse functions of the company - Marketing (Brand, Digital Marketing, Public Relations), Operations, Information Technology & Customer Retention (Customer Engagement, Customer Experience & Satisfaction). The focus hence is on creating an enabling environment for the brand and work in parallel on various initiatives focused on the Customer.

Shalabh Shrivastava, Director - Customer Experience, Flipkart.com

Shalabh heads Customer Experience at Flipkart. In this role he is responsible for representing the customer requirements within the organization. 

Prior to Flipkart, Shalabh was with Reliance Retail for seven years. He has experience in diverse customer-facing fields such as Strategy, Merchandising, Space Range & Display, Marketing and Loyalty, Analytics & CRM. 

Prior to Reliance, Shalabh had management consulting stints in EY & Cognizant, a Corporate Finance stint in ICICI Bank and an Offshoring stint in Infosys. 

He is an engineer from IIT-BHU and MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.


Shaleen Sinha, Managing Director and Head, BCG India Growth Tech

Shaleen leads the Growth Tech practice at BCG India. Growth tech works with leading digital disruptors and startups on range of transformative issues. Prior to this, Shaleen had a mix of operating and consulting experiences in India and US especially in space of consumer and deep tech. In the last stint, Shaleen was CEO at Zivame - a large vertical e-commerce company.


Shalil Gupta , Business Head, Mosaic Digital

Shalil is responsible for research, events and training business that assists clients in improving their capabilities in key process areas. Before this, Shalil was ‘AVP, Research and Consulting’ at IDC India. He has an extensive senior level experience in the ICT industry that enriches his strategic engagements with companies. A much-sought-after speaker at international forums, Shalil also invests his time in leading innumerable focused group discussions in India. With his specialization in the BFSI sector, he covers an array of topics including emerging technologies, digital enterprises, industries and IT sourcing and servicing in his speaking engagements.

Shalil's role extends beyond delivering qualitative research content, and includes preparing forward-looking assessment and analysis and sharing market insights and predictions with senior management teams. Shalini Prakash, Principal, 500 startups

Shalini believes in the magic that happens at the intersection of entrepreneurship and technology. Her interests lie in understanding how these intersections can be empowered to create transformational solutions for different ecosystems. Her vast knowledge and experience gives her the unique perspective ability to operate in cross- disciplinary roles and industries, create inter-relations and develop creative solutions.
Currently, the Principal at 500Startups, a global venture capital firm and accelerator based in Silicon Valley with US$250M under management, Shalini takes pride in being at the helm of affairs at the world's most active early-stage investors with a portfolio of over 1,500 companies across 50 countries. She is responsible for 500’s India investments, portfolio and operations. Her focus is to scale 500’s investments, expertise and operations across India and help invest in the region’s most talented, passionate founders and promising startups.

Prior to joining 500, she was working with INKtalks (previously in association with TED) where her roles involved promoting INK’s platform through collaborative programs and partner networks. Apart from these engagements, she was an “Entrepreneur in Residence” at GSF Global Accelerator Program, Mentor in Residence for IDEX Accelerator Program and a Program Manager at Kyron Accelerator Program.
She holds Master of Science (MS) from London School of Economics (LSE), MBA from Liverpool Business School and an Engineering Graduate from RVCE Bangalore.
