Navjot Kaur, Director, Epiq Capital

Navjot Kaur is a venture capital investor in India. She has invested across angel/seed, early stage and growth stage investments. While she has invested across sectors in tech enabled startups, a large part of her portfolio is consumer and consumer tech. Navjot has deep expertise in the Indian consumer market. She built consumer internet businesses at BookMyShow, India’s early consumer tech app. Subsequently, she was an early stage investor at Fireside Ventures, India’s leading consumer venture capital firm, where she was on the Board of 9 companies. Earlier in her career, Navjot build a global leading SAAS company within the private equity and venture capital data landscape. Navjot is currently Director at Epiq Capital, a growth stage tech and tech enabled venture capital firm that has invested in companies such as Lenskart, Zepto, Dailyhunt, Cultfit, etc. Having recently raised a $225M fund, she currently manages 300 investors. Navjot is a part of the 11 member VC Council, IVCA (2024-2026).


Navjot Kaur, Associate Director, Epiq Capital

Navjot is an Associate Director at Epiq Capital that has backed companies such as Lenskart, Curefit, Parkplus, Dailyhunt. Navjot has invested across angel, early and growth stages in India. She recently raised a $225M fund to invest in the tech Nifty50 companies in the making.

Prior to Epiq, she was with Fireside Ventures where she invested in consumer startups and also built the operating ecosystem to support portfolio companies. Navjot served on the boards of Design Café, Vahdam, Kapiva, Pipa Bella, Yogabar, Gynoveda, Pilgrim, Traya, and Nat Habit.

Prior to Fireside, Navjot was an operator at BookMyShow, and earlier, she led a 100 member team to create a global SAAS based global database for the PE and VC ecosystem. Navjot holds an MBA from Indian School of Business and graduated St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.  When Navjot is not talking to entrepreneurs, she is often found learning a new meditation practice.

Navneet Chahal, Partner, Bain & Company

Navneet Chahal is a partner in our Consumer Products, Retail and Customer Experience practices, based in Bengaluru. She co-leads FRWD, our firm's digital marketing arm, in India.

Throughout more than a decade in consulting, Navneet has worked closely with startups and incumbents in the consumer and consumer-tech spaces on wide-ranging topics, including sales acceleration, supply chain digitization, customer experience, corporate and BU strategy, M&A, operating model and organization.

As the lead for our proprietary Bain E-Commerce Accelerator (BEA), she works extensively with retailers and brands across FMCG, fashion and lifestyle, consumer durables and electronics.

Navneet previously worked in business operations at Curefit, a leading Indian health-tech startup.

She holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

Navneet is an Anita Borg Scholar and a recipient of the Google Women in Engineering Award.

In a career spanning close to 2 decades, Navneet was associated with Morgan Stanley Investment Management as Executive Director and Head- Multi Strategy Boutique and Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company Ltd as Chief Investment Officer - Fixed Income and Hybrid Funds.

Navneet is a detail-oriented professional who mentors one of the largest Investment Team in India, to efficiently manage portfolio comprising Fixed Income and Equity. He guides his team in attaining competitive fund performance while successfully balancing risk, in a volatile market place.

A Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Navneet holds masters in accountancy and business statistics. He is also a charter holder of the CFA Institute USA and CAIA Institute USA and an FRM charter holder of Global Association of Risk professionals (GARP).

Navneet Singh serves as the Co-Founder of PepperTap, the fastest on-demand grocery delivery service platform in the country. With an expansive experience of over a decade across financial services, transportation & logistics industries.

As Founder of PepperTap, they bring a well-established repute and expertise of running operations in 18 cities across India with over 1200 employees at NuvoEx which remains an ongoing business apart from PepperTap. In his earlier avatar, Navneet held different positions with companies like Delhivery, World Bank (IFC), ExxonMobil etc. He also had a major role in setting up Indian operations of a UK-based fund and was instrumental in acquisition of GharPay at Delhivery.

Navneet an alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad and was acknowledged as the President’s Gold Medal Winner at T.S. Chanakya, India’s premium Merchant Navy Training Institute. A movie buff and gadget-freak, Navneet likes to be with his kid and read tech blogs in his free time.

He had a distinguished career for over 25 years with the Landmark Group, the largest retailer conglomerate in MENA and India, where he was Director/Board Member. He was also the Founder/Ex-CEO of Landmark Arabia and Emax. His earlier experiences include MNCs - Xerox, Inchcape PLC and TNT.

Neelesh leads the Luxury & Lifestyle Practice for A. T. Kearney in Asia. Neelesh has completed his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and has 23 years of Consulting and Industry experience.

Neelesh is one of the leaders of the Consumer Industries and Retail Practice in India and has advised several large retailers and consumer goods companies on Entry and Growth Strategy, Operations Strategy, Performance Improvement and Organization and Change.

Neelesh is an expert in the Luxury & Lifestyle Industry and has advised leading Indian and International clients in the Apparel & Accessories, Jewellery, Watches & Home Furnishings segments, across several geographies - India, Far East, US, EU, Japan and Middle East.

He has authored three comprehensive studies of the Luxury industry in India - the CII-A. T. Kearney study in 2011 (“India Luxury Review 2011”), 2010 (“Charming the Snakes and Scaling the Ladders”) and the “Economic Times-A.T. Kearney India Luxury Review 2007”, the first comprehensive study of the Indian Luxury Market. In addition, Neelesh has done several studies in sub-segments of luxury such as diamonds and jewellery, apparel and has spoken at several events.
