Naveen Wadhera, Director, TA Associates Advisory Pvt. Ltd.
Naveen heads the Indian operations of TA Associates Advisory Pvt Ltd, focusing on investments in growth companies in India and other emerging markets. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Dr Lal PathLabs and Micromax. Previously, while with TA Associates in Boston and London, Naveen played a significant role in the firm’s investments in Drive Assist, GlobeOp Financial Services, ION Trading, SmartStream Technologies and 2nd Story Software. Prior to joining TA in 2001, Naveen worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Broadview International. He also worked as a member of the Asian Special Situations Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co and at Accretive LLC. Naveen received a BSc in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance.

Navin Dhanuka, Founder and CEO, Altern Capital
Navin has over 21 years of experience in RE investments across India. He has managed investments of more than ?15,000 cr across 100+ transactions across capital stack of debt, mezzanine and equity investments.
He was an integral part of the leadership team of Piramal Capital, where he was leading RE investments for Bangalore & Hyderabad region and Hospitality (Pan India). He also led exit strategy for Piramal on Pan India. Prior to Piramal, he was leading investments at Walton Street Capital (a US based Real Estate Private Equity Fund). He was the founding member of Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction Finance Divisions at Ernst & Young.
Navin also has an eye for equity investments as he is an angel investor in multiple startups. He has been rewarded multiple awards – CXO of the Year 2023 by Reality+ while also being the Economic Times CEO of the Year 2022.
Navin is an esteemed thought leader in the industry, often invited as a keynote speaker at industry forums, sharing insights and perspectives on the real estate sector. Navin Honagudi, Investment Director, Kae Capital
Navin is part of the investment team as an Investment Director. Prior to joining Kae, Navin was with Reliance Venture Asset Management (RVAM), and served as the Board of Directors of Tessolve Services and Dhama Innovations and as Board Observer on Reverse Logistics, Suvidhaa Infoserve and Wellspring. Prior to Reliance Venture Asset Management, he was working with Darashaw and Company Private Limited (DCPL) in the Investment banking division. While at DCPL he was involved in end to end execution of mandates for public offers, private placement, loan syndication etc for private and state owned entities.Navin has a degree in MBA and Engineering from Mumbai University.

Navita Yadav, Global Head - Capital Markets, Vistra and MD Vistra India
Navita Yadav is the Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Markets for Vistra Group, which is amongst the Top 3 Corporate & Fiduciary Service Providers globally.
Navita has been active in the Financial Services space for more than two decades. Her specialties include Structured Finance and Corporate Issuance services for Infrastructure and Financial services, Development of Financial products for Debt markets and Alternate asset classes for Capital Markets and Funds, Risk Management and Tech platforms, Regulatory frameworks and Policy interface, Commercial Banking and Private Banking.
Over the last two decades, Navita has consistently driven revenue growth and profitability of Capital Markets and Financial services businesses in Asia. Navita joined Vistra in 2011 and has led the Company to develop the largest integrated platform for Corporates raising funds from Indian Capital Markets and for servicing their long term borrowing programmes. Vistra in India has since grown to become the largest corporate service providers and fiduciaries in India.
Under her leadership, Assets under Administration grew from USD 40 billion to over USD 140 billion. Vistra in India preserves significant market share in fund business (~47%), Private clients (~20%) and debt markets (~18%). Vistra India also became the most innovative fiduciary company in financial services - spear heading policy interventions and development of new investment vehicles for capital markets including InVITs and services for FDI into India. She started her career with KPMG where she handled several key clients in financial services and then spent a decade contributing to all major verticals at Axis Bank.
Navita also carries valuable hands-on experience in M&A and integration of businesses across Asia and Europe. In early 2016, she led the significant acquisition in India, marking the first FDI in Corporate Services space in SE Asia. In 2017, she set up Singapore and Hong Kong capital markets businesses post which she led strategic capital markets acquisitions in Europe including the acquisition of Deutsche Bank corporate services business in Europe and the largest aircraft leasing financial services provider in Europe. Today, Navita manages Global Capital Markets businesses of Vistra across UK, US, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, India, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Navjot Kaur, Director, Epiq Capital
Navjot Kaur is a venture capital investor in India. She has invested across angel/seed, early stage and growth stage investments. While she has invested across sectors in tech enabled startups, a large part of her portfolio is consumer and consumer tech. Navjot has deep expertise in the Indian consumer market. She built consumer internet businesses at BookMyShow, India’s early consumer tech app. Subsequently, she was an early stage investor at Fireside Ventures, India’s leading consumer venture capital firm, where she was on the Board of 9 companies. Earlier in her career, Navjot build a global leading SAAS company within the private equity and venture capital data landscape. Navjot is currently Director at Epiq Capital, a growth stage tech and tech enabled venture capital firm that has invested in companies such as Lenskart, Zepto, Dailyhunt, Cultfit, etc. Having recently raised a $225M fund, she currently manages 300 investors. Navjot is a part of the 11 member VC Council, IVCA (2024-2026).

Navjot Kaur, Associate Director, Epiq Capital
Navjot is an Associate Director at Epiq Capital that has backed companies such as Lenskart, Curefit, Parkplus, Dailyhunt. Navjot has invested across angel, early and growth stages in India. She recently raised a $225M fund to invest in the tech Nifty50 companies in the making.
Prior to Epiq, she was with Fireside Ventures where she invested in consumer startups and also built the operating ecosystem to support portfolio companies. Navjot served on the boards of Design Café, Vahdam, Kapiva, Pipa Bella, Yogabar, Gynoveda, Pilgrim, Traya, and Nat Habit.
Prior to Fireside, Navjot was an operator at BookMyShow, and earlier, she led a 100 member team to create a global SAAS based global database for the PE and VC ecosystem. Navjot holds an MBA from Indian School of Business and graduated St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. When Navjot is not talking to entrepreneurs, she is often found learning a new meditation practice.

Navneet Chahal, Partner, Bain & Company
Navneet Chahal is a partner in our Consumer Products, Retail and Customer Experience practices, based in Bengaluru. She co-leads FRWD, our firm's digital marketing arm, in India.
Throughout more than a decade in consulting, Navneet has worked closely with startups and incumbents in the consumer and consumer-tech spaces on wide-ranging topics, including sales acceleration, supply chain digitization, customer experience, corporate and BU strategy, M&A, operating model and organization.
As the lead for our proprietary Bain E-Commerce Accelerator (BEA), she works extensively with retailers and brands across FMCG, fashion and lifestyle, consumer durables and electronics.
Navneet previously worked in business operations at Curefit, a leading Indian health-tech startup.
She holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
Navneet is an Anita Borg Scholar and a recipient of the Google Women in Engineering Award.
