Alexander Souter, Co-Founder, Overcart.com
Alex is the co-founder and Managing Director of Overcart, the next generation e-commerce company that sells excess, unboxed and refurbished stock for brands and retailers. Overcart has raised two rounds of funding from GSF SuperAngels and GrowthStory.
Before setting up Overcart, Alex spent six years as a consultant with CEB in London & Gurgaon. He has also worked with the World Health Organization in Egypt and the Aga Khan Development Network in France.
Alex holds an M.A. from the University of St Andrews & an M.Sc. from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
Ali Asgar Kagzi, Co-founder, Genext Students Pvt. Ltd
Ali Asgar Kagzi is the Co-founder and Director of Genext Students, India's 1st AI (Artificial Intelligence) powered home education ecosystem. This one-of-its-kind platform brings quality home tutors along with proprietary content (online & offline) to the doorstep of needy parents/students using technology as a key driver. In his present role, Ali oversees the strategy, operations, marketing and technology aspects of the company.
Ali completed the major part of his schooling in his home town of Udaipur, Rajasthan. This was followed by a graduation in Telecommunication Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore. However, it was his post-graduation in Management & Strategy from the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE) that played a major role in shaping his personality and helping him develop a larger perspective about life.

Ali Hussein is Chief Executive Officer at Eros Now, the premier Indian OTT platform of Eros STX Global Corporation. He joined the leading global entertainment company in the beginning of 2018 to lead the brand’s vision to be consumers’ first choice for digital entertainment consistently. The surge of paid subscribers, technology innovations and global distribution is a testament of what the team has achieved over the last couple years.
With over 18 years of experience in the media, entertainment, and digital space, He has been a Board Advisor to Discovery Networks and other start-ups in the media and technology domain. Previously he has worked with Google/YouTube wherein the ran the charter for content and product partnerships in South Asia, early employee of the Joint Venture between Network 18 and Viacom (Viacom 18) wherein he ran the digital media business across all consumer media brands and Hungama where managed the portfolio of distribution and content acquisition globally. His expertise comes a deep consumer understanding and vision of the media technology business to build it into a large-scale enterprise.

Alistair Stranack, Partner, The Parthenon Group
Alistair Stranack is a Partner of the Parthenon Group and is Head of the firm’s Global Healthcare Practice. Previously, he worked at Bain & Company and was a founding partner of the European-based consulting firm, The Merit Partnership. Mr. Stranack has 20 years of strategic consulting experience and has advised governments, corporations and private equity firms on healthcare policy, strategy and transactions. He has worked on assignments across the world including Europe, the United States, the Middle East, South and East Asia. In addition to healthcare, his previous experience also includes the education, technology, publishing and media industries. Mr. Stranack holds a first class honours degree in Engineering Science from Oxford University and an M.B.A. with distinction from INSEAD.
Alok Agarwal, Chief Marketing Officer, Orient Bell
Alok is the quintessential IIT-IIM alumni as comfortable with Technology as with Marketing. As a Chief Marketing Officer, he has accelerated transformation in the approach to building brands using digital. He was recognized (by IAMAI) as the "Digital Marketer Of The Year". Now with Orientbell he continues using VR & digital to drive dramatic transformation in the Tile industry.

Alok Bansal, Co-founder & CFO, PolicyBazaar.com
Alok Bansal is Co-Founder & CFO of PolicyBazaar.com, India’s largest online insurance aggregator. Alok leads the Finance department, including Corporate Finance & Controllership, Treasury, Tax and Strategic Planning & Analysis Functions. He is also responsible for the Strategic Alliances Division. Prior to this, he has served as the Director, Finance with First Europa. He has served in various cross-functional leadership roles with Mahindra & Mahindra, iGate Global Solutions and General Electric (GE). He is a PGDM from IIM Calcutta.
Alok Bardiya, Country Head, Cisco Investments
Alok leads Cisco Investments in India and is on the Board of several companies, ranging from early stage to pre-IPO organizations. Prior to Cisco, he has worked with top global companies – both in the US and in India - in various business leadership roles including sales, marketing, product management and strategy. He started his career with the Tata Administrative Services (TAS) and then worked with Bain and BellSouth/AT&T in the US. He has also been an entrepreneur early in his career.
Alok is a published author including a recent paper in Knowledge@Wharton on emerging market innovation. Alok has a B.Tech (EE) from IIT-Delhi and an MBA with Honors from Wharton Business School.

Prior to his startup stints, Alok spent 5 years at Google in Bangalore and Mountain View in various product roles. Alok holds an MBA from India School of Business and a B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. He has 3 patents and was listed in the Fortune India 40 under 40 lists for 2014.
