Akshat Aggarwal, Chief Financial Officer, JetSetGo Aviation Pvt. Ltd.
Akshat Aggarwal joined JetSetGo Aviation in March 2017 and quickly became an integral part of the organization. His exceptional talent in finance and strategy coupled with his hard work and strong work ethic saw him rise to the position of the Chief Financial Officer, soon after. Akshat is currently heading JetSetGo's finance operations for both P2P (Procureto-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash). This also includes business planning, treasury, legal & compliances, MIS, international accounts and operations, audits, and administration-related responsibilities. He is also recognized for maximizing Company performance by conceptualizing strategies across aircraft acquisition, business set-up, pricing methodologies, national and international operations, among other things. Additionally, Akshat was instrumental in purchasing ten aircrafts within the Company’s first year of operations.
With more than a decade of commercial and operational finance management experience to his credit, he is highly regarded for his leadership and specialized excellence in finance. He has exhibited operational expertise across revenue management and assurance, pricing, project management, MIS reporting and budgeting, and working capital management. Akshat is regarded as a people manager and motivator who contributes significantly to the seamless operation of cross-functional teams within the Company.
Prior to his stint with JetSetGo Aviation, Akshat worked with reputed organisations including HT Mobile Solutions Limited (Member firm HT Media Limited), S R Batliboi & Co and Ved Jain & Associates.
He is also a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a qualified CA since 2009. He holds an MBA degree in Finance from Symbiosis Centre For Distance Learning, Pune and is a graduate in Bachelor of Commerce from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University.
His personal interests include playing cricket and exploring new destinations.

Akshat has been with ChrysCapital since September 2011 and leads investments in IT and Business services sector. He was previously with Goldman Sachs on the equity sales desk. Akshat received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's degree in commerce from Delhi University.

Akshat Ghiya is the co-founder and Director of Karma Recycling, a leading trade-in operator and re-distributor of mobile devices, and a GoI authorised manager of electronic waste.
He is also the founder and Managing Director of Glazetech Industries, a manufacturer/supplier of recyclable building materials and metal facade solutions.
Akshat spent his childhood in Italy. He was schooled in Padua and then later he boarded in Switzerland. He went to College in the US receiving a BA in Economics and International Relations from Northwestern University (Evanston, IL, USA).

Akshat Mittal is Serial Entrepreneur working on ventures which can bring huge social impact. He loves to brainstorm on social issues and find possible technology solutions to those. He is founder of Odd-even.com a startup which helped citizens carpool during Odd-even formula in Delhi and later sold to Orahi.com making Akshat one of the youngest entrepreneurs in the world.
Akshat now sits on Board of Orahi as Technical Advisor and is working on his next ventures called ChangeMyIndia and iDiskuss which also addresses social issues. Class IX student of Amity International School,Noida , he is outstanding academic performer and aspires to go for higher education at Ivy League colleges in US. Akshat is student of TiE Young Entrepreneur Program. Akshat loves to code technology solutions and plays badminton.

Mr Akshay Bector is the Chairman & Managing Director of Cremica Food Industries Limited. Under the “Cremica” brand the company has become #1 in Mayonnaise and #3 in Tomato Ketchup in India. The company leads the industry with Focus on Quality and Innovation. Under Mr. Akshay Bector’s leadership the company has been able to maintain one of the highest growth rates in the industry.
After completing B.E. in Industrial & Production Engineering, Mr Akshay Bector started his carrier in 1987. Establishment of a modern Bread plant followed by a world class Biscuit plant was his initial endeavors. He kept on expanding the business and soon joined hands with Mc Donald’s to become one of their biggest suppliers in India. He was also instrumental with key initiatives with Mc Donald’s and the Mc Donald’s Bun Business to the company was set up under his leadership. His focus on Quality and Innovation were the key factors for Exponential Business growth. His efforts led to the JV with two companies. One with Quaker Oats Company (USA) for manufacturing of Ketchup, Mayonnaise and other Liquid Condiments and the other with EBI Foods (UK) for manufacturing of Battering and Breading pre-mixtures. This brought in new Competences within the Group and Strengthened the Brand.
His Leadership qualities and Business acumen are well recognized in the Industry. He has served as the Chairman of CII Punjab. He is the founder of YPO Punjab Chapter. Currently he is Chairman of CII NR Agriculture Council and Member of various Punjab Government Committees.
In the “3rd National Convention on Entrepreneurship 2013”, he was awarded “Entrepreneur of the Year” and in “Mc Donald’s APMEA 2013 Supplier Business Forum” the Company got “ Mc Donald’s Asia Pacific Award for Innovation”.

Akshay Ghulati is the Co-founder, Shiprocket Global & Strategy, a leading tech-enabled e-commerce fulfilment platform in India. Akshay leads the Strategy and Global Expansion team and is responsible for managing the overall revenue functions of the business including marketing, account management and customer service. His key responsibility is to make Shiprocket the most trusted logistics and fulfilment platform for e-commerce sellers.
Akshay has an exemplary academic background and extensive experience in the e-commerce industry. Having graduated from the prestigious Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BSc degree in Economics he then went on to pursue his MBA from Harvard Business School. Akshay joined Shiprocket in 2016 as the Chief Business Officer and in January 2020 he was appointed as a Co-founder.
Throughout the course of his career, Akshay has worked with notable organizations in senior positions. Prior to joining Shiprocket, Akshay was associated with e-commerce heavyweight Amazon in the UK where he served as a Senior Manager for the Pan-Europe FBA division. Before joining Amazon UK he worked with Smile Interactive Technologies as Director for Incubations and Investments. He was also associated with A.T. Kearney as a Senior Business Analyst at the start of his career and later with The Parthenon Group in the UK as a Principal.
With exceptional business acumen, Akshay’s career features several milestones. He was the youngest full-time employee for A.T. Kearney India post his bachelor’s degree at a time when the firm only hired MBA graduates. Akshay also helped set up the United Stock Exchange, which was the 4th pan India stock exchange. The organization was later acquired by Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Akshay was also recognized as the top performer at Amazon and was awarded the Just Do It award.
Akshay plans to make Shiprocket the leading SME e-commerce fulfilment platform both in India and key international markets. Passionate about the food supply chain in India Akshay is learning more about sustainable farming. A movie buff, he loves travelling and playing poker. He also frequently works with and supports NGOs that work towards educating girls.
