In addition to building chart topping games, his ninja engineers have built cool stuff like a data backend that has scaled to 5000 queries per second, and an analytics platform that has collected terabytes of data. Their platform can generate games for android, iOs, Facebook, chrome apps etc from a single codebase, and magically enable friends to play with each other across devices and networks. His content rockstars have generated art that speaks for itself - ask Lalit for a demo to see for yourself. What's more, his team regularly kicks his butt at games as they have put in several thousand hours in game play.

Lalitkumar Jain, CMD, Kumar Builders
Shri. Lalit Kumar Jain, Present Chairman, CREDAI National & immediate Past President, CREDAI National since March 2011- March 2013. In the past Two years of his stint as President CREDAI he has earned many sobriquet / moniker like “Mr. Incredible”, “Green Man” etc. His indomitable and unflagging energy is evident from his frequent visits to numerous states and city chapters of CREDAI. He made a furore by taking up Mission Transparency that penetrated into Central, State and Municipal bodies. His Mission, ‘Transparency campaign’ compelled the Government to initiate the process of single window concept. A Nostradamus of the Real Estate, he could spot the trends of the sector very easily. He worked earnestly to bring important reforms in the sector, mainly the Administrative reform, the Banking reform, the Taxation reform, the Land reform and eventually brought in the most important the ‘Mind-set reform’. These reforms have helped the industry thrive in a much rational and organised manner. His strict dogmas and hard core principles often put his opponent into an imbroglio. During his stay as President, CREDAI observed an inexorable growth in almost all verticals of its existence, to state a few are: mass developers responded to CREDAI Code of Conduct, the Grievance Re-dressal cell was operational in all states, the committees formed independently resolved issues, the number of city chapters increased from 75 to 114. Two state chapters were added. His successful canvassing can be seen in responses of Chief Ministers in West Bengal, Karnataka, Andhra and Punjab.
An extrovert by nature, he may be tagged as the most outspoken real estate doyen of this era. His profundity of knowledge, commanding presence and fervid eloquence separates him from masses. He is known for his vehement argument at all level of interactions.
A person embedded with opulent principles and intense zeal towards spiritualism. His moves are often very calculated and supported with scientific premise.
Mr Lalit believes in giving people a lot of independence. Brash and assertive, he despises sterile thoughts. In other words, his name tantamount to hard work, productivity and being fearless. He will never allow fear to govern his actions.
His tenure saw CREDAI scaling colossal heights. His stint as a President exalts many extraordinary achievements like maximum number of written representations to the Ministry of HUPA, UD, PM, FM, Rural Development, RBI, IBA etc. A Draft model book was released on single window concept. A workshop was organised by CREDAI in association with Ministry at GOA on affordable housing and the entire thoughts were captivated in the shape of a book. He gave a clarion call to the nation’s developer’s fraternity to fight corruption in approval process and curb unscrupulous practices in real estate sector. The heat of Mr.Lalit Jain is so intense that no Government policy takes off without CREDAI input. He is genuinely steering the CREDAI initiatives in a world scale, offshore and onshore.
