Kunal Kapur along with Kiran Upadhya founded Red Monster Games. Red Monster is a mobile social gaming company building games focused on the India market. Starting with casino games, it plans to expand into other genres of social gaming, including original IP-led games.
Kunal had previously worked in social gaming at Zynga. Kunal is an alumni of Indian School of Business (Hyderabad) and Carnegie Mellon and has founded SnatchKing Online, an online classifieds technology company which was acquired by Midday Infomedia in 2010.

Kunal leads the investment initiatives as well as operations at advantEdge Partners. Kunal has been actively mentoring and investing in startups in his individual capacity as well. He is passionate about partnering with companies across the digital spectrum including mobile commerce, digital media and other technology fields. Kunal is on the Boards of Rapido and Smartivity and is a Charter Member of TiE.
Kunal has global experience of working in companies such as Aptuit, InfoPro Solutions, Vodafone and Razorfish. He previously cofounded SimplyLook.com in the Bay Area and also led the investment for a US based PE firm into Laurus Labs which is a BSE listed entity. Kunal has a Bachelors degree in Economics (Honors) from Delhi University, an MBA from FSM, New Delhi and an MS from Kellogg and Medill School, Northwestern University.

He has successfully transacted over 10 million sq. ft. of office space for Corporate Occupiers across lease acquisitions, renegotiations, asset dispositions, sub-leasing etc. in his prior leadership role in JLL.
Prior to joining TableSpace, Kunal Mehra was looking after key transactions at Jones Lang LaSalle, Kunal also co-founded Liquid Krystal, a firm that specialised in providing clients with a host of real estate consulting services. He also has over 3 years of experience with the Indian Hotels Company Limited.

Kunal Shah has over 14 years’ experience in the field of Indian tax and regulations.
He advises clients in the private equity and venture capital space (domestic and foreign), including real estate, infrastructure and debt funds, onshore and offshore fund structures, distribution waterfall, structuring of earned interest and tax due diligence. He has wide experience in the area of laws including Income tax, Corporate law, Foreign Exchange laws, FDI Policy, SEBI regulations, NBFC regulations, etc.
Kunal helps clients obtain regulatory approvals and tax certificates for investments or exits, and advises them on tax due diligence, and restructuring of their Indian businesses, profit repatriation strategies and capital structures, including waterfall sharing and transaction-related tax negotiation, at the time of exits, etc. He also advises NBFCs, portfolio managers, stock broking organisations, mutual funds, merchant banks, asset management companies, etc., on tax and regulatory matters. In addition, he works closely with leading financial services players and industry bodies in their representations to policy-makers and tax authorities.
Kunal has a postgraduate degree in Law and is also a Chartered Accountant.

Kunal is currently an integral part of the management team for Oracle India’s SaaS business, and leads the Solution Engineering team for the Office of CFO, Projects and Digital Supply Chain solutions.
