Mr. Hanmantrao R. Gaikwad is founder chairman of BVG India Ltd, a Bharat Vikas Group company. Starting with 8 people in 1997, BVG has crossed mark of $150 million as total group turnover in 2012 with 26,000+ employees across the country.
Bharat Vikas Group has businesses spanning facility management, horticulture, land development, engineering, electrical projects, municipal waste management, waste to energy generation, renewable energy, sugar manufacturing etc.

Mr. Gaikwad is from a farmer family of a small village Rahimatpur in Satara District. He has inherited and preserved old ascetic values of simplicity and honesty from his family.
While studying he formed society Bharat Vikas Pratisthan in 1993 to do something different for the our great nation. Under BVP, he raised fund to help poor students for their eduction.
While working in Tata motors, he requested management for job opportunities for un?employed rural youths. TATA Motors was kind enough & gave opportunity in Housekeeping with 8 people in 1997. Due to Quality services, hard work and commitment strength gone up to 200 people within year, then left Tata motors and started full-time business in the name BVG INDIA LTD with its first client as TATA Motors. Sincere efforts helped increasing client list to 350+. Which includes eminent government properties like Rashtrapati Bhawan, Hon. Prime Minister’s House & Office, Hyderabad House, Parliament House, Parliament House Library, Vigyan Bhawan, Delhi High Court etc.
Some other prominent clients are Safdurjung Hospital, Indian Railways, Bharat Electronics Ltd, Nuclear Power Corporation of India, ONGC, Mantralaya – Mumbai, TATA Motors LTD., G.E. Hardika Shah, Founder & CEO, Kinara Capital
Hardika Shah is the Founder & CEO of Kinara Capital, a socially conscious FinTech that is powering the financial inclusion of small business entrepreneurs in India.
While studying at Columbia Business School, Hardika was highly motivated to address the missing middle credit gap for MSMEs that stifles entrepreneurship in India, the land of jugaad. The success of the business school pilot became the genesis of her journey into social entrepreneurship and she wrapped up her life in Silicon Valley and headed to Bangalore to build Kinara Capital.
Prior to launching Kinara, Hardika had built a storied career in Management Consulting with Accenture and worked on complex projects across multiple industries and countries. She still made time to serve as a pro-bono mentor for many years at top social entrepreneurship programs at Santa Clara University, Stanford University, Columbia University, Accenture Development Partnerships and the Acumen Fund.
Globally recognized for her passion and innovative approach, Hardika is a notable Ashoka Fellow, won the Financial Inclusion Award by Sankalp Forum, and won the People’s Choice Award at Wall Street Journal’s Financial Inclusion event.Hardika holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Knox College in Illinois. She earned her MBA from a joint program with Columbia Business School and UC Berkeley-Haas School of Business.

Haresh Vazirani, Head, India and Europe Venture, Aberdeen Standard Investments, UK
Haresh Vazirani heads Europe Private Equity and Global Venture Capital team where he is responsible for fund investments, co-investments and secondaries. Haresh joined Aberdeen in 2015 following the acquisition of FLAG Capital Management. At FLAG, he held a similar role as a senior associate at the Hong Kong office, covering venture capital and private equity investments in Asia. Haresh worked at Ares Management based in India before joining FLAG in 2014, where he focused on evaluating and executing direct investment opportunities and managing portfolio investments. Haresh started his career in Dubai with Laing O’Rourke, one of the largest private construction management companies in the United Kingdom, where he was involved in project operations. He has also authored a patent on the use of positioning technology in built environments. Haresh completed his Master’s in Business Administration from the Indian School of Business, where he was the recipient of the Torchbearer Award. He has a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.

Hari Buggana is the Managing Director of InvAscent India - a private equity firm focused on the Indian life sciences sector. Prior to this, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. During his stint at McKinsey, Hari primarily worked with life sciences businesses in the US, Europe, and India on a variety of issues ranging from corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, product-market strategy, R&D productivity, organizational effectiveness, and operations improvement.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Hari worked as a scientist in the Pharmaceutical Products Division of Abbott Laboratories, USA. He has a MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.

Hari Hara Mishra is an ex-banker from State Bank of India (SBI), having joined as a probationary officer of 1982 batch. After two decades of working in SBI, he shifted in 2014 to join first Asset Reconstruction Company India Limited. For last 15 years he has been working with various Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARC). At present, he is a professional director in UV Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd. He has been part of various regulatory initiatives on ARC Sector. He was a member of leading Industry body Assocham’s special task force in 2017 to deliberate on setting up of a bad bank in India*.
He writes in various publications and speaks on various occasions and appears on print/electronic media. In 2013, he was winner of readers’ choice for 2nd annual ‘World’s great investment columnist’ contest held by Wall Street Journal’s web portal MarketWatch.

BigBasket.com delivers the entire range of groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meat, dairy products, processed foods, toiletries, personal care products, gourmet foods and a wide range of household products. Their range has about 10,000 products.
Before his entry into grocery e-tailing,Hari was the CEO of a vocational training company called IndiaSkills, a joint venture between City & Guilds, UK and the Manipal Education group. Prior to IndiaSkills, Hari co-founded Fabmall - a pioneer in internet and grocery retail.
An aluminus of BITS-Pilani, Hari started his career with ORG Systems, subsequently moving on to work with many of the best and respected names in the country, including TVS Electronics, Wipro Infotech, Planetasia.com and Integrated Data Systems.
