Harjeet is an entrepreneurial business leader with over 23 years of work experience, 21 of which have been in Consumer Banking across NBFC’s and Banks spanning Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. (FICCL), RBS, ABN AMRO Bank and Bank of America. He has worked in leadership roles across varied functions in Marketing, Product Management, Sales & Distribution, Branch Banking and Finance. An Engineer and a management graduate from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi, Harjeet has built diverse market and client segment expertise across the country with an experience mix of both strategic thinking and frontline execution delivering market share and profit growth for the organization.

As Business Head for Retail Assets and Small Business Lending, his core responsibility is to establish a robust client acquisition engine for the bank while building a stable and profitable asset portfolio with predictable and attractive returns. He would be responsible for building a franchise that addresses the financial needs of both the business and individual customer segments across different product categories covering Business Loans, Mortgages backed Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Loans against Gold and Credit Cards.

In his previous assignments, Harjeet has been involved in running businesses with large distribution covering 200+ markets, 3000 employees across retail and commercial client segments. He has launched innovative products in Mortgages, Credit Cards and Personal Loans many of which have been market first. He has successfully run Branch Banking and Wealth Management businesses in both Retail and HNI segments in addition to Consumer Finance business.

A strong leader, Harjeet has been involved in setting up as well as turning around businesses and has been extremely successful in Managing Growth in complex market situations. He is a foodie and likes to travel places and is seen driving long distances in his car whenever he gets time.

Recognized as an online edupreneur and visionary e-learning innovator in a career spanning more than 13 years, Harman Singh is the Founder and CEO of WizIQ, the most comprehensive cloud-based education platform in the world. With WizIQ, Harman has successfully leveraged technology to replicate the classroom experience online making it more accessible, for both students and teachers. He spearheads both strategic and tactical direction, and contributes significantly towards developing WizIQ’s vision and business strategy.

Harman has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, located in Raleigh, N.C., USA. He was one of the co-founders of AuthorGEN, the company which evolved into WizIQ.

Singh is recognized for his expertise in conceptualizing, planning and developing specialized solutions for the online learning industry. His leadership and determination has enabled WizIQ to consistently excel at developing and implementing solutions that create value for working professionals, instructors and corporations. Under his able leadership, the company has received multiple leading awards for its innovative solution, including the Global e-Learning Awards 2012 for the 'Best Virtual Classroom Provider’ from the World Education Congress (WEC). His visionary entrepreneurial approach and its innovative implementation also won him the LMA-Trident Award for “Best Young and Innovative Entrepreneur of 2011”.

Harpreet S Grover, Co-Founder and CEO, Cocubes

Harpreet envisions bringing a paradigm shift in the Indian campus recruitment scenario by using technology to drive efficiency. He believes that companies should engage more with students who should be more aware to make a conscious career choice. He has previously worked with Inductis, a management consulting firm, advising Fortune 500 clients in the financial services domain by using data analytics. Previously, he founded an NGO called BePrepared, which looks at bridging the existing information gap among students by creating an online interactive resource of interview, job and career experiences. Harpreet graduated from IIT Bombay with a dual degree. Beyond work he is a published photographer, poet and an amateur mountaineer.


Harsh Goenka, Chairman, RPG Enterprises

Mr Goenka is Chairman of RPG Enterprises, one of the largest industrial groups in India, active in key economic segments like tyres, infrastructure, technology and other diversified segments having an annual turnover of over  US $ 4 Billion.

Mr Goenka is the Chairman of the Board of KEC International Ltd (Global Infrastructure company), CEAT Ltd (Tyres), Zensar Technologies Ltd (Technology), RPG Lifesciences Ltd (Pharmaceuticals) and Raychem RPG Ltd (Energy).

Mr. Goenka graduated in Economics from St Xavier’s College, Kolkata and thereafter MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland and has since been inducted on the Board of IMD.

Mr Goenka is a member of the executive Committee of FICCI and Past President of the Indian Merchants Chamber (IMC).

His Interests are in the area of Art and Sports.

Harsh Maggon, Partner - Corporate, Public M&A, Private Equity , TriLegal

Harsh Maggon specialises in public and private M&A and private equity transactions. He has advised on some of the largest and control deals in India, including multiple takeover offers, schemes of arrangement and delisting offers. In addition, Harsh has advised boards of directors and senior management of Indian listed companies on complex governance issues and assisted in developing strategies to deal with potential minority shareholder claims and regulatory action. He has extensive experience in advising private equity funds and foreign strategic investors on complex deals, regulatory issues and concerns that typically arise in Indian deals when negotiating with Indian promoters/sellers.

Harsh  also focuses on the firm’s Healthcare and Lifesciences practice and has extensive experience in this space. He routinely advises some of the largest hospital and pharma companies including the Manipal group, J.B. Chemicals and Piramal Pharma.


Harsh Mariwala, Chairman, Marico limited

Mr. Mariwala is the Chairman of Marico and Kaya Limited.

He established the Marico Innovation Foundation in 2003 which works towards nurturing innovations in India and started ASCENT Foundation in 2012, a peer-learning entrepreneurial platform.

Mr. Mariwala founded the Mariwala Health Initiative (MHI), with the philanthropic aim of giving back to society. Sharrp Ventures is their Family Office.

He was recently awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Mint India Investment Summit 2024. In the recent past, he received the All India Management Association (AIMA) Life Time Achievement Award 2021 and the EY Entrepreneur of the year award 2020 for India.

Mr. Mariwala leads Marico Limited as its Chairman. He is also Chairman & Managing Director of Kaya Limited.
