Gajendra Jangid, Co-Founder & CMO, CARS24

Gajendra Jangid is the Co-founder and CMO of CARS24 and is in-charge of developing the strategy for advertising and branding, as well as customer outreach. He spearheads the initiatives to accelerate business growth by building the brand, taking new innovations to the market and enhancing customer experience. An effective communicator with strong analytical skills, his ‘Hands-on’ understanding about markets and consumers blended with scientific approach and commercial acumen sets him apart as an industry expert.

Prior to CARS24, Gajendra worked as an Operations Manager with Schlumberger, world's leading provider of technology for reservoir characterization, drilling, production, and processing to the oil and gas industry.

Gajendra holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology – Bombay in Metallurgical Engineering & Material Science.

Gajjender Yadav, Co-founder, 4s Foods | @4S_Foods

Gajjender Singh Yadav, 29, is a co-founder of 4S Foods, an initiative to provide organic & healthy food items to all households in Delhi & NCR region.

Gajjender aims to make 4S Foods a one stop solution for one’s all daily kitchen needs. To start off with, he is providing unadulterated & 100% farm fresh milk & other similar dairy products in Delhi & NCR region. His vision expands to developing cluster of organic dairy farms in Haryana and Rajasthan, revolutionizing the dairy cycle by using technology in dairy farming and streamlining the current farm gate price model in the country.

Arguably, 4S Foods is 1st player to introduce 100% farm fresh unprocessed milk, in glass bottle packaging and with a subscription model in India. Academically, Gajjender is a management graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. Post qualification, he served french market research firm Ipsos for over 4 years. He has been actively involved in his family’s business operations from his early days, dealing in petroleum retail trade initially to maintaining orchards. With an inclination of providing quality food to the households, he started 4S Foods in January-2013, which is now one the leading premium milk brands in NCR region, serving more than 400 families daily.


Ganapathy Venugopal, Co - founder & CEO, Axilor Ventures

Axilor Ventures is a platform for supporting innovation and entrepreneurship. Axilor Ventures (www.axilor.com), an accelerator and seed-fund, was set up to improve the odds of success of early stage startups through a new venture funding model. It runs the largest accelerator program in India and is one of the most active seed investors. It currently works with startups in consumer internet, enterprise, healthcare, deep-tech and fin- tech.

VG spent his first fifteen years in leadership roles helping large corporates manage and mitigate risk. Prior to co-founding Axilor Ventures, VG was Head of Strategy & Planning at Infosys. At Axilor, he works with startups encouraging risk and helps founders build successful businesses.

VG serves on the boards of several companies and advisory bodies. An avid reader and writer, he holds a bachelors in engineering and a post graduate degree in management from IIM Lucknow.


Gandharv S. Bakshi, Co-founder & CEO, Lumos

Gandharv Bakshi manages Business Development and Marketing at Lumos. Gandharv previously founded and ran a Performance Management Consulting company (Alitum Solutions). During his time at Alitum, he oversaw client acquisition and managed to secure over 8 clients including the Government of Karnataka. Prior to his stint at Alitum, Gandharv played an important role in starting the Product Marketing division at Tejas Networks (Leading Indian Telecom Product company) and played an important roles in Sales and Marketing for Tejas.

Gandharv completed his MBA from IIM Bangalore and his B.Tech from IIT Madras.

Ganesh KR is an executive director in the Mergers & Acquisitions-Tax & Regulatory Service of PwC India. He is responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions in the south zone comprising of Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. Having joined the India firm in 2000 as an associate, Ganesh has spent more than ten years advising Indian and multinational clients in the areas of mergers, demergers and re-organisation, corporate restructuring, foreign investment consulting, establishment of joint ventures, international tax, corporate law and other regulatory issues.

Ganesh has over 13 years of professional experience in the field of taxation, corporate laws, foreign direct investment, regulatory and exchange control matters. He has also provided pre-investment and structuring advice, entry strategies, corporate and regulatory compliances and other legal and procedural issues relating to capitalisation of companies. Ganesh is also an alumni of the Genesis Park programme of PwC Global on leadership development that was profiled by the Harvard Business School as one of the most innovative leadership development initiatives.

Ganesh has been associated with the Mysore Chapter of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India as faculty member for subjects such as corporate laws and secretarial practice. He is a familiar speaker at various seminars and conferences organised by leading business chambers and associations.

Ganesh is a lawyer, Company Secretary and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).


Ganesh Lakshminarayanan, CEO Airtel Enterprise Business, Airtel

Ganesh is responsible for strengthening Airtel’s market leadership in the B2B segment further and accelerating growth as enterprises undergo digital transformation to become future ready. He brings with him rich experience in the IT and technology sector. In his last role at Dell, he was the President and MD of Dell India. He has also been an advisor to start-ups like Practo, Belong and Porter and has served on the executive councils of NASSCOM and FICCI.
