Dr. Sridhar Mitta, Managing Director, NextWealth Entrepreneurs Pvt Ltd
Dr. Sridhar Mitta, aged 63 years, is the Managing Director and Founder of NextWealth Entrepreneurs Private Limited, Bangalore, India, which promotes Social Entrepreneurship. NextWealth identifies business opportunities with a social intent and helps entrepreneurs to build commercial ventures by providing them with angel funding, mentoring, incubation etc. NextWealth is currently setting up multiple Rural Centers to create 10,000 jobs for rural graduates reversing the trend of their migration to cities. The business model provides value to rural graduates, customers and NextWealth.
Dr. Mitta is also the Managing Director of e4e India. e4e India is part of e4e Inc. whose vision is to add business value to its customers through technology services. Today, e4e is a global company with annual revenues of over US$ 80 millions.
Dr. Mitta was the First Employee at Wipro Limited Information Technology business since its inception in 1980 and played key role in Wipro achieving technology leadership. As its Chief Technology Officer and President of 'Wipro's Global R&D', he spearheaded strategies which transformed the captive R&D unit into a profitable business. He pioneered global delivery of outsourced product development services to technology companies like Intel, Cisco Systems, Tandem Computers etc. Wipro became the highest valued company in India during his tenure. Wipro R&D received 'Award of Excellence in Electronics' from Government of India for five years in a row. Wipro earned coveted CMM Level V software quality certification under his leadership.
Dr. Mitta was also the Founder and CEO of EnThink Inc., an Intellectual Property design and licensing start-up located in silicon valley. He began his career with Electronics Corporation of India, Ltd, Hyderabad.
Dr. Mitta is very passionate about promoting entrepreneurship as entrepreneurs create wealth disproportionate to available resources by taking calculated risks. He is associated with The IndUs Entrepreneurs (TiE) which fosters entrepreneurship globally, for over a decade. He was President of TiE Bangalore Chapter for over four years and was elected to Board of Trustees of TiE Global. He is also advisor to several venture capital organizations including IDG Ventures, Inventus and Kitven. He mentors many young companies.
Dr. Mitta serves in several Boards of companies located in the United States and India, including e4e Inc., TVS Capital and TVS Electronics.
Dr. Mitta holds a PhD and MS from Oklahoma State University, US ;He has been inducted into CEAT Hall of Fame Oklahoma State University; an M Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur; and an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Andhra University. He is Fellow of Indian National Academy of Engineering.

Dr. Thomas Ogilvie, Member of the Corporate Board of Management - Human Resources, Deutsche Post DHL Group
Thomas Ogilvie has held a number of management positions over more than fifteen years with Deutsche Post DHL Group. He joined the company in December 2001 with the Market Research Service Center (MRSC) at Deutsche Post Consult GmbH. He then went on to hold a number of product and business development roles within the Post & Parcel division, taking over the newly created role of Senior Vice President for Private Customers and Online Strategy, DHL Parcel Germany, in 2011. In January 2016, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, Deutsche Post DHL Group.
Since September 2017 Thomas Ogilvie has been appointed Member of the Corporate Board – Human Resources.
Thomas holds a Diploma in Psychology from University of Bonn in Germany, and a PhD. Economics from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Did his MSc and PhD from Mumbai University in Thyroid Biochemistry.
After working for 14 years in BARC, started a business and brand, Thyrocare in 1995.
In 2016 it got listed in NSE and in June 2021 he exited Thyrocare when it touched a Billion USD valuation.

Dr. Vikram Chhatwal, Chairman, Medi Assist India TPA Pvt Ltd
Dr. Vikram Chhatwal graduated with an undergraduate medical degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College. He trained at Department of Surgery at the National University of Singapore and obtained a Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Medicine. He studied international business at a premier French engineering school, Ecole Nationale des ponts et Chaussees, Paris. He went on to study at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Boston. He is currently the Chairman of the Board at MediAssist India.
Prior to this he was the CEO of Reliance Health, a Reliance ADA Group Company. ‘Reliance Health’ had interests across hospitals, health insurance administration (TPA), disease management and health care IT. He was the project leader and built the largest privately-funded hospital, Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.
He was part of the founding team, as Chief Executive, of the largest Indian healthcare BPO and IT companies, Apollo Health Street Limited, and had a concurrent position as the CIO for the Apollo Hospitals Group.
