Aditya Sanghi, MD, Investment Banking, Yes Bank Ltd.

Aditya has over 16 years of experience in origination and execution of investment banking assignments. At YES BANK, he has been responsible for establishing and growing a full service investment banking business combining product with industry knowledge to deliver client success. Aditya is accredited with taking YES BANK’s investment bank from start-up stage to among top 10 deal-making institutions in India as rated by leading league tables, within 5 years of establishment. The Investment Banking team has successfully completed over 95 transactions across M&A, private equity, capital markets including global publicly contested auctions for a wide range of industries and clients.
Among his notable achievements is building the cross border advisory business where YES BANK has emerged as the leader with 18 transactions advising Indian corporates in their global acquisitions.

Today Aditya's portfolio of businesses within the Bank comprise Investment Banking, Tatva (a balance sheet initiative of YES BANK to make small investments in Sustainable Companies), Sustainability and Business Advisory.

Prior to joining YES BANK, Aditya was Executive Director with Rabo India Finance and also worked for KPMG Corporate Finance and Lazard India. Aditya received his MBA from IIM, Bangalore and completed his B.Sc. Honors (Chemistry) from Delhi University.

Aditya Save, Head - Digital Marketing & Media, Marico Industries Limited

Aditya heads Marico's Global Centre of Excellence for Digital & Media. He is based in Mumbai & his portfolio covers various countries across Africa & Asia. Prior to this he has spent time as an FMCG marketer, working on brands as well as Innovation projects.

Aditya is a mentor partner for Microsoft's accelerator in Bangalore & also serves on the Board of Advisors for DMTI.
Besides this, he is also a mentor to a few entrepreneurs & some technology start-ups in India.

Mr. Aditya Sharma joined Unitus Seed Fund in 2016 to help lead the firm’s investing operations in India. In his professional career spanning over 25+ years, Aditya has served in leadership responsibilities in prestigious global firms such as McKinsey, JP Morgan Chase & Capital One across the US, Europe, Asia and Australia.  He also brings in rich and successful entrepreneurial and investing experience - having served as Managing Director & Member of Global Management Committee at Williams Lea (acquired by Deutsche WorldNet for $1B), Co-Founder of The Whitefield Group (part of Born Group) and Managing Director at eVentures (the 1st seed investor to back MakeMyTrip - Nasdaq IPO MMT, NetMagic - acquired by NTT Communications for $370M+, CustomerAsset - acquired ICICI OneSource, Mentorix - acquired by Nasdaq listed Lionbridge and Intigma - acquired by Emptoris & later by IBM).

Aditya Tulsian, Accountant Ecosystem Head, Intuit India

Aditya Tulsian is responsible for leading the accountant ecosystem for Intuit in India; he works closely with the practicing accountant community to identify avenues where technologies can help transform their business.

Before joining Intuit in 2009, Aditya was a consultant at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, where he worked on projects across India, South Africa and the US. He has also been a product manager at Reliance Infocomm.

An MBA graduate from Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, he also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecom from University of Pune.

Aditya has 8 years of experience as a practicing lawyer. His areas of specialization include Litigation and Arbitration, Mergers Acquisitions, Foreign Inward Investment. He joined AZB as an Associate in 2004 and became a Partner of the firm in 2010.

Advitiya Sharma, Co-Founder, Housing.com

Advitiya Sharma, Co-founder, Housing.com, is responsible for the overall strategy, execution and growth of the company. Under his supremacy, Housing.com has grown into Mumbai’s growing online based rental properties. He also was a summer school student at London School of Economics and Political Science.

Coming from a Marketing background he played various leadership roles at different stages of the company's growth, including product & business strategy, marketing & business development.

Being a graduate of IIT-Bombay, he is not only ahead at the professional front but also on the academic front. He has an immense liking for sports and is a National Level football player. He also led a 2-tier team of 30 to organize the Institute Football League (IFL), attracting over 400 participants at IIT-Bombay. He also won 4 consecutive Gold medals at the annual Inter-IIT Sports Meet and was the highest institute level award recipient during his stay at IIT-Bombay.

Advitiya is also takes keen interest towards social cause as he is the Active member of an NGO, Empower Orphans, which conducts events to raise funds for orphans.

Adwitiya Mal, Co Founder & COO, EM3 Agriservices Pvt Ltd

Adwitiya has over a decade of experience across multiple functions including sales, corporate strategy and corporate finance.

Prior to co-founding EM3, Adwitiya served in a number of Regional roles at AXA’s Asia Region Headquarters in Hong Kong. At AXA he was initially the Asia Strategy Manager responsible for developing the corporate strategy for AXA’s 19 businesses across 10 countries. In his later years at AXA, he served as the Strategic Programs Manager and was responsible for driving major multi-country strategic initiatives.

Adwitiya started his career as a front line sales manager with ICICI Prudential, in Delhi and holds an MBA from the Simon School of Business, University of Rochester, where he was inducted into the business school under their “Early Leader” program.

Afsal Salu, Co-founder, Delyver.com & Business Head - Express Delivery and Marketplace, BigBasket.com | @delyver

Afsal cofounded Delyver.com, India's first hyperlocal on-demand marketplace in 2010, much before the words 'hyperlocal' and 'marketplace' became common parlance in Indian startup community. Scaled it up to 1000+ merchants in Bangalore across multiple categories and executed 4 Lac+ deliveries to customers. Delyver got acquired by BigBasket.com, India's largest e-grocer, in 2015.

Afsal currently leads the Express Delivery business within BigBasket. Express Delivery is a new offering from BigBasket which provides the convenience of ordering daily essentials and top-ups and getting them delivered within 60 mins. This service is currently present in 10 cities.

Afsal is passionate about creating new products and building execution-ready teams. He is also an Angel Investor and his investments include BabyGoGo (Parenting and Babycare App for Mothers) , Hansel.io (Realtime MobileApp Crash Analytics) and BestDoc (Healthcare Collaboration Platform). Afsal graduated from Govt.College of Engineering,Kannur and did his MBA from IIM,Lucknow.
