Aditya Natraj, CEO, Piramal Foundation

Aditya Natraj is the CEO of Piramal Foundation. Aditya is a qualified chartered accountant, holds a master’s in economics and has an MBA from INSEAD. Aditya started his career working with KPMG for 5 years and then joined the start-up team of an internet company in Europe for 2 years. For the last 18 years, he has worked in the Development sector – first with Pratham in Gujarat for 5 years and the Piramal Foundation for the last 13 years. Aditya is an Ashoka Fellow, an Echoing Green Fellow and an Aspen India Fellow.

Aditya also serves on the governing board of the Quality Council of India, the Akanksha Foundation and BridgeSpan India. Aditya was awarded the Times Now Amazing Indian award in the Education category. He was previously the founder and director of Kaivalya Education Foundation (KEF) and the Piramal School of Leadership.

Aditya Rao, Founder & CEO, LocalOye

Aditya Rao is the founder and CEO of LocalOye – one of India's mobile marketplace for hiring local service professionals. A budding entrepreneur, Aditya (27 years old) has managed to build a young and an energetic team which works relentlessly towards the success of Localoye. He graduated from BITS Pilani, and ever since right out of college, has worked with multiple startups at early and growth phase. He is extremely passionate about solving the real problems that India faces, and wants to use mobile technology to make everyone’s daily lives more efficient.Localoye today has an employee strength of 90 members under that incisive leadership of Aditya.

Aditya has more than 17 years of experience and has handled large complex projects with operations in US, Europe, Middle East and Asia (Singapore & China). He has supported leadership teams of multinational companies, family owned businesses, government and private equity clients in a variety of industries including media and entertainment, retail and consumer, transportation and logistics, oil and gas and infrastructure to develop an experiential customer journey roadmap.

His area of expertise includes Digital Consumer, Cross-sell, Up-sell strategy, Deal Advisory, Chief Information Officer Advisory, Infrastructure advisory services, transportation and logistics and entertainment and media.

Aditya Rohit, Head - Merchant Business, MobiKwik

Aditya manages Merchant Acqusition, strategic partnerships and alliances with Banks and service providers. Being a start up enthusiast he has worked with start up as business development and product manager and worked with various LEAs across India and corporates at the same time. Aditya has BTech degree in engineering from NSIT-Delhi(formerly known as DIT). Aditya has keen interest in Mobile technology,Startups,
Information security, football and Music.
 

Aditya Roongta, Business Head, SoundSeal

Aditya Roongta is the Business Head of SoundSeal, the manufacturers of the SoundSeal™ range of security bags. After completing his schooling from the prestigious Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai, Mr Roongta completed his Chartered Accountancy at a very young age of 21 years and joined the family business with a clear idea of diversifying into more contemporary & modern packaging concepts in polymers. He closely studied the growing need for secure transit packaging for industries like banking, logistics, e-commerce with reference to how they have evolved in the developed countries. He has been instrumental in developing specialised security packaging solutions for the Indian packaging users in these fields, including unique solutions such as the SoundSeal™ SecureZip™ Doc Bags which are the first of its kind in the country.

Aditya Sanghi, Co-founder & CEO, Hotelogix

Mr. Aditya Sanghi, is a Computer Science Graduate from Nagpur University and has 18+ years experience in the industry. Aditya was also a sportsman, and played table tennis at State level. Aditya has been heading Hotelogix as a CEO for the past 5 years. He has in-depth understanding of independent hospitality businesses and groups and has collaborated with industry experts and professionals across the globe. Before Hotelogix, Aditya was working with Informatica Business Solutions and was a stakeholder/founding member of ABO Software Pvt. Ltd. Since his career started, he has had unique opportunities to be associated with products from incubation stage to market adoption. Aditya has been actively participating in international exhibitions, helping to market and position products in various forums. He has been a member of ISPIRT, NASSCOM, TIE, Round Table, and has been part of various product industry related summits.

Role in HMS Infotech - Aditya spearheads Hotelogix as the CEO. He co-founded HMS with a vision to ‘Hotelogix the world’ and make it the de-facto platform to be used by small and mid-sized hospitality businesses globally.

Aditya Sanghi, MD, Investment Banking, Yes Bank Ltd.

Aditya has over 16 years of experience in origination and execution of investment banking assignments. At YES BANK, he has been responsible for establishing and growing a full service investment banking business combining product with industry knowledge to deliver client success. Aditya is accredited with taking YES BANK’s investment bank from start-up stage to among top 10 deal-making institutions in India as rated by leading league tables, within 5 years of establishment. The Investment Banking team has successfully completed over 95 transactions across M&A, private equity, capital markets including global publicly contested auctions for a wide range of industries and clients.
Among his notable achievements is building the cross border advisory business where YES BANK has emerged as the leader with 18 transactions advising Indian corporates in their global acquisitions.

Today Aditya's portfolio of businesses within the Bank comprise Investment Banking, Tatva (a balance sheet initiative of YES BANK to make small investments in Sustainable Companies), Sustainability and Business Advisory.

Prior to joining YES BANK, Aditya was Executive Director with Rabo India Finance and also worked for KPMG Corporate Finance and Lazard India. Aditya received his MBA from IIM, Bangalore and completed his B.Sc. Honors (Chemistry) from Delhi University.

Aditya Save, Head - Digital Marketing & Media, Marico Industries Limited

Aditya heads Marico's Global Centre of Excellence for Digital & Media. He is based in Mumbai & his portfolio covers various countries across Africa & Asia. Prior to this he has spent time as an FMCG marketer, working on brands as well as Innovation projects.

Aditya is a mentor partner for Microsoft's accelerator in Bangalore & also serves on the Board of Advisors for DMTI.
Besides this, he is also a mentor to a few entrepreneurs & some technology start-ups in India. 

Aditya Sharma, Senior Partner, Unitus Seed Fund | @UnitusSeedFund

Mr. Aditya Sharma joined Unitus Seed Fund in 2016 to help lead the firm’s investing operations in India. In his professional career spanning over 25+ years, Aditya has served in leadership responsibilities in prestigious global firms such as McKinsey, JP Morgan Chase & Capital One across the US, Europe, Asia and Australia.  He also brings in rich and successful entrepreneurial and investing experience - having served as Managing Director & Member of Global Management Committee at Williams Lea (acquired by Deutsche WorldNet for $1B), Co-Founder of The Whitefield Group (part of Born Group) and Managing Director at eVentures (the 1st seed investor to back MakeMyTrip - Nasdaq IPO MMT, NetMagic - acquired by NTT Communications for $370M+, CustomerAsset - acquired ICICI OneSource, Mentorix - acquired by Nasdaq listed Lionbridge and Intigma - acquired by Emptoris & later by IBM).

Aditya Tulsian, Accountant Ecosystem Head, Intuit India

Aditya Tulsian is responsible for leading the accountant ecosystem for Intuit in India; he works closely with the practicing accountant community to identify avenues where technologies can help transform their business.

Before joining Intuit in 2009, Aditya was a consultant at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, where he worked on projects across India, South Africa and the US. He has also been a product manager at Reliance Infocomm.

An MBA graduate from Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, he also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecom from University of Pune.
