Ms. Anjali Bansal was a global Partner and MD with TPG Growth. Prior to TPG, Ms. Bansal founded and built Spencer Stuart's India practice as a global Partner and co-led their Asia Pacific Board & CEO practice. Earlier, she was a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company in New York and Mumbai. Ms. Bansal serves as an independent director on the public boards of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Pharmaceuticals India, Bata India Limited, Tata Power and Voltas--a Tata Enterprise. She is on the Advisory Board of the Columbia University Global Centers, South Asia. Previously, she also chaired the board of FWWB (Friends of Women's World Banking). Ms. Ariane Di Iorio joined IFC in 2011 and was FIG’s Hub leader in Brazil before moving to India, where she led the business development, portfolio management and structuring of investments in debt, equity, trade finance and providing advisory services in the financial sector in Brazil. Prior to IFC, Ms. Iorio was the CEO of the Rio de Janeiro Municipality Pension Fund and Deputy Secretary of Finance of Rio, where she led the debt restructuring of the municipality and improved the governance, efficiency and investment policies of its pension fund. In the financial sector, she has more than 12 years of experience being the head for Arab Banking Corporation in Brazil for international proprietary trading and treasury. Ms. Iorio also led the team for one of Banco Itau’s first international trading desks in New York. She was also a member of the diversity committee at the Brazilian Governance Institute, Member of the BMFBovespa Sustainability Index Board and currently a board member at Recovery, Latin America's largest debt collector. Ms. Ariane Di Iorio holds a Masters degree in Economics from London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics from the Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro.

Ms. Archana Sasan joined Dell in October 2011 as the Lead Counsel for India Legal team. Prior to joining Dell, Ms. Sasan was senior vice president, legal and compliance, for Bharti Airtel where she had geographic responsibility for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and also oversaw legal, tax litigation and statutory compliance issues for its various business units. She previously worked with GE Money Financial Services Limited as vice president within its legal and compliance organization. Prior to moving in-house, she spent close to 15 years in private practice as a Partner in a leading Indian law firm where she was also the head of the employment law, real estate and telecom practices. Ms. Sasan brings significant experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment in India and other large commercial transactions. Ms. Archana Sasan holds a LLB from the Campus Law Centre, a diploma in journalism from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan in New Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree in English with honors from Lady Shriram College.

Ms. Debjani Ghosh is Vice President in the Sales and Marketing Group and Managing Director for South Asia at Intel Corporation. Based in India, she is responsible for establishing new growth areas for Intel in the South Asian region. She works with governments and industry in these countries to establish policies and initiatives that help accelerate the adoption of technology in the region, especially as an enabler of inclusive growth and development. Ms. Ghosh joined Intel in 1996 as a marketing communications executive charged with developing a consumer marketing program in India. Subsequently, she set up and managed Intel's education programs across the Asia Pacific region. Before assuming her current role, she had served as Southeast Asia Marketing Manager, as Country Manager for Malaysia, and most recently, as director for Southeast Asia. Before joining Intel, Ms. Ghosh spent 3 years with Ogilvy & Mather. She is a member of the Executive Council of National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) and a trustee of the NASSCOM Foundation.  She is also the President of the Manufacturers' Association for Information Technology (MAIT) and the chair of the IT Committee at the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). In 2015, Fortune India ranked her as the 14th most powerful woman in business in India. Ms. Debkani Ghosh holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, and an MBA degree in marketing from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research in Mumbai, India.

Mr. Devendra Chawla started his career working five years each for Asian Paints and Coca Cola before joining the retail industry in 2006. Subsequently, Mr. Chawla joined Coca Cola, India and served the company in various capacities as General Manager with P&L responsibility for a business unit turnaround role, Director - Area Operations with P&L responsibilities for one of its largest markets in India. He was promoted to a national role as Director - Route to Market, working with an international bottler. In 2006, he joined Reliance Retail as Concept Head - Super Markets, before moving on to become Vice President and Head of Merchandising & Format Marketing at Reliance Fresh. In early 2009, Mr. Chawla joined Future Group as Business Head - Private Brands with end-to-end responsibilities ranging from product development to launch. He was then promoted to President - Food and FMCG Category in 2011. In June 2013, Mr. Chawla became the CEO of Food Bazaar, managing the chain’s private label business. Then in January 2015, he was made Group President of Future Group’s food and FMCG businesses. Mr. Chawla was awarded the Most Admired Food & Grocery Retail Professional of the Year - Private Label at The Coca Cola Golden Spoon Awards at 5th Edition of FGFI 2012. Ms. Kanchan Samtani leads The Boston Consulting Group’s Corporate Development practice in India and is a core member of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. Since joining BCG in 2001, Ms. Samtani has worked extensively with clients across the media, wireless and wireline telecom, and emerging-services sectors. Her experience includes helping companies define their business strategies, establish new business units, assess industry landscapes, and conduct deep customer discovery. Ms. Meera Shankar has had a distinguished career in the Indian Foreign Service which she joined in 1973. Ms. Shankar was India’s first woman Ambassador to Germany from 2005 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, she served as India’s second woman Ambassador to the USA; the first one being Vijay Laxmi Pandit. As Additional Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs, Ms. Shankar headed the Division dealing with International Organisations and Security issues.  She has long experience of dealing with India’s neighbours, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and SAARC in the Ministry of External Affairs and of economic diplomacy as Minister (Commerce) in the Indian Embassy in Washington in the nineties in the early days of Economic Reforms . Ms. Naina Lal Kidwai is Chairman, Max Financial Services and Senior Advisor, Advent Private Equity. She is also a Non-Executive Director on the board of Nestle SA and CIPLA Ltd and has been Past President of FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry). She retired as Executive Director on the board of HSBC Asia Pacific and Chairman HSBC India. She is also the Chairman of the Harvard Business School, South Asia Board. Ms. Prachi Windlass heads the foundation’s India education portfolio which focuses on school education, college entrance and career readiness. Dr. Pinky Anand, a trustee of The Arts and Cultural Heritage Trust is a designated Senior Advocate and is the incumbent Additional Solicitor General of India. A Doctorate of Law, graduate of the Harvard Law School and an Inlaks scholar, Honorary Professor at Amity Law School, she is the second woman in India to have been awarded this high Constitutional Law office. Mr. Rajesh Padmanabhan is with Welspun Group - a three and half billion dollar business conglomerate having presence in pipes, plates, coils, steel, infrastructure energy and home textiles sector- as Director and Group CHRO. He is a member of the Group Council. Prior to this, Mr. Padmanabhan was President and Group CHRO, Vedanta. He has post graduated in HR as well as finance, from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, started his career with the ICICI group, handling systems on mainframes, and went on to become a corporate banker for wholesale banking. In the three years that Mr. Padmanabhan spent there, he created customer–centric global HR models across geographies with learning skills. Between 2010 and 2014, he worked with Capgemini, as Group Corporate Vice President & CHRO. He was responsible for scaling up size in India and ramped upto over 54000 people by end of 2014. Ms. Ratna Vishwanathan has served MFIN for the past one year as the designated Deputy CEO and Compliance Officer on behalf of the RBI after MFIN was assigned to be a SRO. She brings to MFIN a combination of government and development sector experience. Belonging to the 1987 batch of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service, Ms. Vishwanathan comes with extensive experience across a range of departments of the Government of India including Defense and Prasar Bharti. In the development sector she has served at very senior levels in well-known international NGOs such as Oxfam and VSO. Ms. Ratna Vishwanathan steered these entities through critical change management processes as they transitioned from international liaison offices to ‘full-fledged Indian entities’.

Mr. Rohit Sathe is currently working as the Senior Franchise Director (business head) of DePuy Synthes India, the Orthopedics and Neuro business of Johnson & Johnson Medical India (JJMI).  Mr. Sathe has been with J&J for 12 years and during this time has worked with several medical devices in the field of cardiology, neurosurgery, neurovascular and orthopedics in sales, marketing and general management roles. Shivani Bhasin Sachdeva is the Founder, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of India Alternatives. Ms. Sutapa Banerjee has been the Head of the Wealth Management at AMBIT Capital Private Limited since June 2009. Ms. Banerjee has legacy of working across a varied number of challenging roles in the banking sector for close to two decades. She consults in the Wealth and Investments Management area. In her last assignment, Ms. Banerjee served as the Head of Private Banking in India for ABN Amro and also led the Consumer Banking business in India. Prior to joining Barclays, Ms. Uma Krishnan worked in commercial roles for ANZ Grindlays Bank, HDFC Bank and more recently RBS in India and the UK. She also had a brief entrepreneurial stint as CEO of a Business Services start up for a financial services technology company. Ms. Krishnan started her professional life as a diplomat with the Indian Foreign Service. Ms. Krishnan combines strong customer and commercial skills with Operations & Technology Management. She has been a part of senior leadership teams over many years in India and the UK and has worked across functions and geographies. She holds a degree in Business Management in Finance and Marketing from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore. Ms. Zia Mody is the Founder and Senior Partner of AZB & Partners and one of India’s foremost corporate attorneys. She passed her law degree from the University of Cambridge in 1978 and was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa in 1978. She did her LLM from Harvard Law School and was then admitted as a member of the New York State Bar by examination in 1980.
