Vikram is the Senior Director Industry Verticals at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in India. In this role he Drives the Strategy and Sales for all Industry verticals – FSI, Telecom, MDI, Public Sector and Key Accounts for Hewlett Packard Enterprise products, i.e. Servers, Storage and DC Networking.

With 26 years of experience in IT Sales, Services and Software Business, he in the last 8 years  has held strategic leadership positions at  Hewlett Packard Enterprise  deploying key IP’s & developing human capital

In his previous roles at HPE, he was Senior Director HIT India managing the revenue, P&L, sales and presales and moves after 8 years of managing the business in its various forms– DCHC, Servers, ISS and the likes. These years had unprecedented growth and success with almost all products having the largest or second largest market share across categories.

Having been a part of HPE since the last 21 years, he specializes in Enterprise Business Services, Infrastructure Products and Software. His strengths lie in customer acquisition, P&L Management, Managing Growing Markets, Driving Revenue Growth, Heading Mergers and Aquisitions, and leading teams to greater heights.

Abhish Kulkarni

Abhishek Latthe founded and manages SenseGiz , which has designed a multi- functional wearable tech product with a focus on safety monitoring & notifications, fitness & sleep tracking and a visual display for phone related notifications.

He was directly involved in designing the product and developing the algorithms for its various functions--some of them are patent pending. A constant focus on innovation and delivering products which are useful in everyday life is his vision for the company. SenseGiz. SenseGiz also has a track & find tag --the FIND which can be used to prevent losing/misplacing commonly lost items

Abhish is India Geo leader for AIDET (Artificial Intelligence, Data & Emerging Technologies) practice within HPE Pointnext Services. Abhish joined HPE in 2002 and since then part of services organization. Abhish has handled various portfolios within services organization starting from Network Consulting, Datacenter Infrastructure consulting, critical facilities consulting and storage consulting. Before managing this practice, he has handled large pursuits in IT outsourcing domain.

Abhish has overall experience of more than 24 years in industry and before joining HPE has worked on multiple roles including customer support to category management.

 

Dr. Edward Rogers

Dr. Rogers, as a professor taught strategy and entrepreneurship before joining NASA in 2003. For seventeen years he served as the Chief Knowledge Officer at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt Maryland until his retirement from government service in 2020. During his tenure with the government, NASA expanded its knowledge management pro-gram across the agency based in large part upon Dr. Rogers’ successful model developed at the Goddard Space Flight Center.  

For over ten years he has been a visiting faculty member at the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India where he teaches a popular MBA course on Managing Complexity.  Through various ISB Executive Education programs he has also taught numerous executives in India and the US practical ways to improve their decision-making ability in complex situa-tions. He has advised corporate and government leaders on how to shape their organizations for learning and uncover thinking patterns that can inhibit innovation and collaboration.

At NASA he built a set of knowledge management practices that strategically support the Agency’s missions including the simple yet effective Pause and Learn (PaL) process, which allows project teams to reflect on their experience and improve organizational learning.  He developed an internal case study methodology and used it to create over 50 NASA-specific case studies for use in training sessions and workshops. He designed an internal leadership course at Goddard called the Road to Mission Success which helps employees across organi-zational boundaries better understand how the Agency works, promotes knowledge sharing and ultimately strengthens collaboration across technical disciplines.

Dr. Rogers received a B.S. in Agronomy from the Ohio State University, a Master’s in Inter-national Business from the University of South Carolina and a Ph.D. from Cornell University focusing on game theory applications to collaboration in high tech firms. In his spare time, he enjoys singing, playing the saxophone and ballroom dancing. Dr. Rogers lives near Char-lottesville, Virginia where he continues to speak and consult on how to foster organizational learning and improve executive decision-making ability and is a frequent speaker for MBA classes, business conferences and Federal Agencies in the Washington, DC area.

Sanjay Mishra

Sanjay Mishra is Professor in Marketing at the University of Kansas, School of Business. His undergraduate degree is from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India, MS in Engineering from the Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, and an MBA and a Ph. D in Marketing from Washington State University, Pullman.

His research interests are in Consumer Preference and Choice Modeling, Brand Extension and Alliances, Consumer Information Processing, Entrepreneurship and Fast Growth, Innovation, New Product Development Processes, and Psychometrics. He has worked on product development practices in India, South Korea and Finland. In the new product and the entrepreneurship area, he is interested in how investors (venture capitalists) make investment decisions and whether firms/entrepreneurs learn as much from failures as from successes. His work has been published in several journals such as the Journal of Marketing Research, Psychometrika, Journal of Current Issues and Research in Advertising, Academy of Management Journal, Marketing Letters, Journal of Product Innovation and Management. Prof. Mishra has presented papers at conferences in Asia, Europe, Latin America, Australia, and North America and made invited presentations at leading universities in Mexico, South Korea and India and at National Association of Development Organizations (NADO) and National Business Incubators Association (NBIA) annual conferences in the USA. He has received research and curriculum development grants from the Marketing Science Institute, Hewlett Packard Corp, and the Kauffman Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. Dr. Mishra was a member of the team that developed and organized the “Entrepreneurial Effect”, a weeklong seminar for economic development personnel in the US. For several years, he served on the Haskell Indian Nations University's National Advisory Board in Business. He was a member of the 1996 University of Kansas Fulbright Group visit program to Mexico.

Dr. Mishra teaches courses in Innovation and New Product Management, Marketing Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. He has worked with technology related entrepreneurial businesses and assists firms in their new product development decisions. He has received several teaching awards, including being voted as the “MBA Outstanding Professor.” Dr. Mishra was consulting editor for a report to the President for the White House commission for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. Dr. Mishra has arranged and led students—MBA & Undergraduate--and faculty on study tours of India, presented a course on the “Discovery and Understanding of India”, and made several India related presentations. He was a Fulbright-Nehru Senior Research Scholar understanding innovation and entrepreneurship in India.

Xavier Kurian

Xavier has over 16 years of experience in the IT industry, with skills spanning across enterprise architecture, data center design and optimization, consulting, and building Technologist teams, he also has in-depth knowledge with respect to the Indian enterprise Market and trends across the Industry.

Sandeep Aggarwal

Sandeep is a serial tech entrepreneur & Unicorn founder, philanthropist and angel investor.  He has founded two E-Commerce marketplaces in India – Droom & ShopClues. He has over 20 years of rich experience in Internet and technology industries in Silicon Valley and India.

In April 2014, Sandeep started Droom, an AI and data sciences-driven online transactional platform offering 21st century experience in buying/selling used automobiles in India and other emerging markets. With 80% market share of the automobile transactions online, Droom is India’s largest pure play online automobile platform.

Ashishkumar Chauhan

Ashishkumar Chauhan is the MD & CEO of BSE, Asia’s oldest exchange, World’s fastest exchange with 6 Micro seconds response time, World’s largest exchange with 5,000 plus listed companies and India’s first universal exchange to offer trading across all asset classes. He is credited with reviving BSE and completing its IPO - which was oversubscribed more than 51 times. He was instrumental in setting up India’s first International Exchange, India International exchange, inaugurated by India’s Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in January 2017.

Prior to joining BSE, from 2000 to 2009, Ashish worked at Reliance Industries, India’s largest conglomerate as President and Group CIO, Head of Corporate communications and CEO of Cricket team Mumbai Indians in its formative years. From 1993 to 2000, he setup India’s National Stock Exchange (NSE), primarily on technology, Screen based trading system, satellite communications network, equities and derivatives businesses, and Nifty index amongst his many responsibilities. Dhananjaya Tambe

Mr Dhananjaya Tambe started his career in 1985 as a Probationary Officer in Corporation Bank in Mangalore, where he was posted in the Agriculture and Rural Development Dept. in the Head Office of the Bank. In 1986 he joined the Central Bank of India as a Probationary Officer and served in their Pune City, Sarole and Itwari (Nagpur) branches.

He joined State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer in 1987 in the Ahmedabad Circle of the Bank. After serving in the Baroda Main branch of the Bank for five years in various divisions, such as Personal Banking, International Banking and Small & Medium Enterprises Banking, he was transferred as Accountant at GACL Ranoli branch of the Bank for one year.

Thereafter, he served in the Human Resources Department of the Bank’s Local Head Office in Ahmedabad, where he was instrumental in introducing the concept of computer-based Human Resources Management System, and codifying the Bank's instructions related to human resources.

Mr Tambe served as the Branch Manager of Chavaj GNVFC Complex branch near Bharuch in Gujarat from 1999 to 2001, and during his tenure the branch was computerized and also won the Best Customer Service award. For the outstanding work done in Chavaj GNVFC Complex branch, he was elected to the Chairman’s Club of the Bank. During his tenure in this branch, he introduced the concept of centralised processing of retail loans on automated platforms.

In 2001, he was posted to the Bank's New York branch as Vice President (Deposits and Remittances). During his tenure at New York branch, he was instrumental in upgrading the policies and procedures of the branch, especially those related to BSA/AML. ACH as a mode of remittance was introduced during his time. He developed a computer program for handling redemption of India Millennium Deposits in December 2005, to ensure that the process is fully compliant with the U.S. regulations.

Upon his return to India in 2006, he was posted as the Regional Manager of Surat region in Gujarat, and had 45 branches under his control. He was instrumental in expanding the presence of the Bank in Surat, by adding 14 new branches in 2007.

In 2008, he was transferred to the Bhopal Circle of the Bank as the Circle Development Officer and contributed to the strengthening of the Human Resources Management System, and the fixed assets inventory management system of the Bank.

In 2009, Mr Tambe was posted to the Global IT Centre of the Bank for leading the Integrated Payment Hub Project. In 2011, he became the Dy. General Manager of Internet Banking Department, and during his tenure, many new functionalities were added to the Internet Banking services. He introduced certain features in Internet Banking which ensured that the Bank was able to achieve a zero-fraud status in Internet Banking since July 2012. He was also instrumental in setting up of a Dedicated Accounting Unit for Internet Banking transactions, so that transactions with third parties are properly reconciled.

He served as General Manager (IT-Infrastructure) from 2013 to 2014, and was instrumental in introducing wireless connectivity for the Bank’s branches.

In 2014, he was appointed as General Manager of Network-1 in the Kolkata Circle of the Bank and was responsible for the business operations of the Bank in the city of Kolkata and the districts of North 24 Paraganas, Nadia and Murshidabad.

In 2015, Mr Tambe was elevated to the rank of Chief General Manager, and was posted as Chief General Manager (IT-Operations) of the Bank at the Global IT Centre at Belapur. His vertical handled, among others, Financial Inclusion and Government Payment Schemes, the back-office operations of Core Banking System, Pension Payment System, the Complaint Management System, the User Acceptance Testing, management of Human Resources of IT Department, Human Resources Management System, the physical infrastructure of the IT Department, and the Reconciliation and Settlement Systems.

From August 2016 till April 2018, Mr Tambe was Chief General Manager (IT-Transformation, Collaboration and Marketing) and is responsible for the Innovations, Social Media, Project Management, marketing of I.T. products, etc.

Since May 2018, he has been elevated to Dy. Managing Director & Chief Information Officer.

Sourav Sinha

Currently, CIO with IndiGo Airlines from May 2018 spearheading several business and technology initiatives. Responsible for formulation of IT strategy and its implementation, driving digital transformation and decision sciences and business intelligence initiatives with the mandate of improving overall efficiency of internal processes, customer services and data driven decision making.

As Senior Vice President – Information Technology with Oman Air from June 2013 thru' April 2018. Strategized and managed IT for the Airline and other subsidiaries such as Ground Handling, Cargo and Airline Catering. Lead technology facilitator for the new Muscat International Airport.

As Senior Vice President and CIO for Kingfisher Airlines from June 2008 thru’ June 2013. In addition, involved with different pioneering information technology transformation initiatives of the UB Group – a US$ 5.5 billion conglomerate.

As Vice President (Head of Group IT) of Qatar Airways Group from October 2004 thru’ June 2008. Formulation of IT strategy, strategy implementation and managing IT operations for the Airline (Qatar Airways), Doha International Airport, Qatar Aviation Services, Qatar Duty Free and Qatar Aircraft Catering Company. Amit Mohan

Amit is an alumnus of Columbia University from where he completed the coveted Digital Business Leadership program. He also holds masters in Business administration with concentrations in Marketing & Finance from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi and Bachelors in Technology in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra.

At GE Healthcare, Amit is part of the Leadership Team and heads the businesses of LCS, LCS Digital & Inside Sales, for India & South Asia Region. LCS as a business provides Life care solutions equipment- Anesthesia Workstations, ICU Ventilators, Monitoring Solutions, Diagnostic Cardiology, Maternal & Infant care Equipment, Digital OR, Digital ICUs & NICUs.

Prior to joining GE, Amit was able to successfully exit a Healthcare Start-up that he established as an Entrepreneur.

He has over 20 years of Senior Management and Leadership, multi-industry and multi-geography experience with stints in consumer discretionary company -Asian Paints, banking- Citibank, healthcare -Johnson & Johnson, Zimmer Biomet, Smith & Nephew and now GE Healthcare. Dr. Ram Charan

V.P. Nandakumar

Mr. V.P. Nandakumar is the MD & CEO of Manappuram Finance Ltd., one of India’s leading NBFCs and the pioneer of the institutionalised model of the gold loans business. Mr. Nandakumar took over the reins of a single branch family business in 1986, and over the next three decades presided over its growth and transformation into a financial sector powerhouse. His vision, values and leadership were instrumental in scripting this story that today touches millions of lives in India.  

Manappuram’s origins go back to 1949 when it was founded by the late V.C. Padmanabhan, father of Mr. Nandakumar. In those days, the firm was into money lending, and pawnbroking carried out on a modest scale at Valapad, a backward coastal village in Thrissur district of Kerala. After taking over in 1986 (the year his father expired), Mr. Nandakumar soon set about expanding the business in line with his ambitions and vision.

In 1992, he incorporated Manappuram Finance Ltd., and within three years (in 1995) managed to get the company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. Since then, he has led from the front to transform Manappuram Finance Ltd. into a leading NBFC present across India with 4,616 branches in 28 states and UTs, with Assets under management (AUM) of about ?25,300 crore, and a workforce of over 26,000.

In recent years, Mr. Nandakumar has resolutely steered the company’s diversification into microfinance, home loans, vehicle finance, SME and personal lending to reshape the company into a full-spectrum NBFC. Today, about 30 per cent of the company’s total business comes from the non-gold side.

Mr. Nandakumar’s achievements in business have earned him national recognition. On May 26, 2018, a special issue of the Business World magazine profiled him as one among 40 of India’s most valuable CEOs. Besides, Manappuram Finance Ltd. has emerged as one of the leading wealth creators in the Indian stock market. In December 2019, the Economic Times newspaper published the ET500 list of Top Wealth Creators of 2019 with Manappuram Finance Ltd. as the chart topper.

Other than the focus on business, the cause of the wider community is central to his vision. He established the Manappuram Foundation at Valapad in 2009 to drive the corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme of the Manappuram group, even before the Companies Act made it mandatory. Today, the Manappuram Foundation oversees a wide range of projects in education, health care, and overall development of the rural communities.

Mr. V.P. Nandakumar was born in 1954, holds a post-graduate degree in science and additional qualifications in Banking and Foreign Trade. He is a managing committee member of leading trade and industry associations such as FICCI, Assocham and FIDC.  In January 2019, he was appointed to the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. In July 2019, he was elected as an International Director of the Association of Lions Clubs International at its Milan (Italy) convention.

Raghav Chandra

Raghav Chandra, is the Co- Founder and Chief Technology Officer of UrbanClap, India’s largest homes services marketplace.

He is an alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley, and has worked at Raomware, Infosys and Yelp as software engineer before joining Abhiraj Bhal and Varun Khaitan to form UrbanClap.

Amitabh Tewary, is the Chief Innovation Officer at Razorpay. Amitabh,will be responsible for expanding Razorpay’s footprint in other key markets and accelerating the adoption of new payment and banking platforms and products. A veteran in the space, he will be playing a key role in leading engagement with banks, networks, regulators, and strategic partners to drive innovation at Razorpay.

Arif Khan

Mr. Arif Khan leads the strategic planning for digital transformation at NPCI. His role is growing NPCI’s new products portfolio basis customer needs and industry trends. Mr. Khan is responsible for driving innovation, analytics and technology.

A post graduate in Business Management from XLRI – Jamshedpur, Mr. Khan was earlier associated with RazorPay (one of the fastest growing payment gateways) as the Chief Innovation Officer. Arif during his stint at HDFC of over 15 years was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives in payments, digital banking and financial inclusion. Anant Goel

Anant Goel is the CEO and Co-Founder of Milkbasket, India’s first daily grocery delivery company. 

An entrepreneur at heart, Anant left his NRI life in the west to return to India with an objective to resolve real, daily user issues. Anant started his entrepreneurial journey in 2011 with his first venture, Rungde, a painting services company. In 2012, he started Ursqft, a multi specialty real estate advisory, transaction and management firm which later diversified into real estate portal Zamoona. The knowledge of building this company lent itself significantly when he decided to enter and create the largest daily grocery delivery network in India with Milkbasket.

After receiving his B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from NIT Anant started his career with TATA Consultancy Services and went on to earn his MBA from INSEAD in 2004. Over the next decade, he consulted with Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 clients in strategy, supply chain, go-to-market, behavioural economics and technology domains across retail, financial services, automotive, lifestyle, manufacturing, real estate and new age technology industries in Asia, US & Europe. Apart from undertaking freelance assignments, Anant spent most of his management consulting career working with Capgemini Consulting in Chicago and later with Gallup Consulting in London.

Mridul Mahan

Mridul Mahan is a veteran with over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.

He is currently Head of Investment Banking Technology, working towards building upon the engineering culture DNA and develop next generation future proof stacks.  This is strategic to the core of Digital Corporate and Investment Banking going forward.

Mridul joined Deutsche Bank in 2016 as Head of Technology for Deutsche Bank in India and then moved on to become Head of API and Open Banking for Corporate Banking. The remit was to build a full stack open banking platform with corporate clients and other banks and launch a fintech internal to Deutsche Bank.

Before he joined Deutsche Bank, Mridul was Head – GMSS at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, India where he led the technology Infrastructure team, supporting the Bank across the Asia Pacific Region as well as leading the technology infrastructure footprint of the Bank Pan India.

Vishant Vora

Vishant Vora is the Chief Technology Officer of Vodafone Idea Limited, India’s largest telecom service provider, effective 31st August 2018. A member of the National Leadership Team, Vishant is responsible for networks, IT operations and overall technology strategy.

Prior to his present role, Vishant was Director–Technology at Vodafone India where he spearheaded the technology and network infrastructure for the company. A career telecom professional, Vishant has spent more than two and half decades in telecom technology building his expertise across three continents – USA, Europe and Asia.

He graduated as Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Lawrence Technology University in Michigan, USA.

Nitin Agarwal

Nitin Agarwal has over two decades of experience in global service and IT project delivery across banking, retail and healthcare companies in APAC, Europe and USA.

Prior to joining Edelweiss, he set up three companies as founding  member – BrainVisa Technologies (eLearning Platform and service for Global Fortune 500), BigShoeBazaar (Yebhi.com - eCommerce), and Incred (NBFC & Housing Finance Company). He has also been associated with and provided technology solutions for companies like UPS, Microsoft, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Morgan Stanley, Citibank, among others.

Nitin is a Silver Medallist from IIT Delhi. He is an avid traveller and a foodie and enjoys a game of squash.

Sunita Handa

State Bank of India’s first lady CGM to head IT_Channels & Ops, Ms Sunita Handa has over 3 decades of insightful experience in various spheres of banking; more than half of it in technology initiatives and implementations, involving inter-alia, TechChannels, Payment Systems, Digital Solutions for Retail, Corporates & Govts and digitalisation of SBI’s overseas offices.  
 
She was posted in Frankfurt (2008 to 2012) as Sr VP to head Bank’s IT operations in Germany. 
An energetic and enthusiastic Team Leader with a proven track record of business & revenue enhancement and stepping up digital transformation through large scale technology projects using her exceptional analytical skills. 
Presently, Ms Handa heads the teams that are responsible for developing and implementing Bank's various technology initiatives in Mobility, e-Commerce, ATMs, UPI, SWIFT, Treasury, Payments Hub, Digital Collections/ Payments/ Cash Management for MSMEs, Corporates and Govts. as also the tech operations in Bank’s offices in 25 countries across the Globe. 
 
Prior to the current assignment, she headed the whole business and operations of 400 + branches of SBI in Central & South Gujarat. 
 
Ms. Sunita Handa holds a Masters degree in Science, specialising in Mathematics, a Course in Computer Applications (CCA) and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
