Program Overview

Digital innovations such as big data and analytics, cloud and mobile solutions, social media and the internet of things are changing the dynamics of competition across industries. Business leaders know they must transform their organizations in response but they don’t know HOW. Senior corporate managers and business executives find themselves face serious questions such as:

  •  How do I keep up with the fast pace of change in digital innovation?
  •  What frameworks or tools could I use to tap into the upsurge in digital innovation and quickly test ideas from within and outside?
  •  How do I introduce digital innovation while protecting my current business streams?
  •  How do I develop in-house digital capability while working productively with vendors?
  •  How do I build my digital foundations on an appropriate set of well-considered tools, technologies and channels?

These and many other related questions would be addressed in this one-day workshop. The aim would be to make participants familiar with a broad range of up-to-date digital concepts and issues as a Business executive.
