In November 2010, our senior management team completed the management buyout of HSBC Private Equity (Asia) Limited which has been renamed Headland Capital Partners Limited (Headland). Headland’s management team owns 80.1% of the company. HSBC retains a 19.1% interest in the firm and remains one of the largest investors in the funds advised by Headland.
