Prior to joining MobiKwik, Vineet K. Singh was the Co-founder, CEO and MD of Buildzar.com. He brings in more than 16 years of experience in the consumer internet industry. Prior to Buildzar, he was EVP & Business Head of multiple businesses in Info Edge including Naukri.com, 99acres.com, JeevanSaathi.com & NaukriGulf.com. He worked closely with promoters of Info Edge while having built businesses from ground up to top line of 500cr+ & a market cap of over $2 billion. Vineet is a renowned consumer internet & housing expert, as well as an excellent people manager, communicator & relationship builder.

Vineet has been observing MobiKwik’s growth trajectory since a few years and is thrilled to receive the opportunity to lead business for the company at these exciting times. Vineet Nayar, Founder Chairman, Sampark Foundation (Former CEO of HCL Technologies)

Vineet Nayar is Founder Chairman of Sampark Foundation and former CEO of HCL Technologies. He is also author of the highly acclaimed management book “Employees First, Customers Second: Turning Conventional Management Upside Down” (Harvard Business Press, June 2010) which has sold more than 100,000 copies to date.

With ‘Innovation led large scale social change’ as the central idea, Vineet co-founded Sampark Foundation with his wife, Anupama Nayar. Today Sampark Foundation is transforming learning outcomes of 3 million children studying in 50,000 schools in Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh and Ladakh; making it one of the world’s largest primary school transformation initiatives by a Foundation. Vineet has been cited by Forbes in its '48 Heroes of philanthropy List 2016’ and by Fortune for the pedagogical innovations the Foundation has brought into classrooms.

Vineet is also an acknowledged management visionary and a radical thinker who architected HCLT’s transformation from $0.7 billion in 2005 to a $4.7 billion Global Technology Services Company with over 85,000 employees across 32 countries in 2013. This radical transformation led Fortune to recognize HCL as “the world’s most modern management” while BusinessWeek named HCLT as “one of the world’s most influential companies”; which led HCL’s innovative management practices to be taught as a case study at both the Harvard Business School and London Business School.

Vineet was also chosen by Fortune Magazine for its first ever, global “Executive Dream Team” 2012 which has been described as an “all-star leadership” that “could coalesce and dominate in any industry”. This is in addition to his inclusion in the elite “Thinkers 50 List” in 2011-12, which is a definitive listing of the world’s top 50 business thinkers. His ideas of organization transformation have received rich praise from influencers like the late C.K. Prahalad, Tom Peters, Gary Hamel and Ram Charan.

Vineet currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the McKinsey Leadership Institute and Fortune 1000 companies. He also mentors 18 technology lead stratups and is on the Advisory Board of the Millions Learning Project led by the ex-Prime Minister of Australia, Julia Gillard. He is also the Founding member of Brookings India and has been a Juror of Harvard Business Review’s prestigious McKinsey Prize. Previously, he has served as Governor of ICT, member of the Global Advisory Board of Women Leader's and Gender Parity Program as well as a Community Partner of the Forum of Young Global Leaders at the World Economic Forum. He joined HCL in 1985 after earning his MBA from XLRI. In 1993, Vineet founded Comnet and helped it grow into a $1.4 billion dominant leader in Technology Management Services. In 2005, Vineet became President of HCL Technologies and served as the company’s CEO from 2007 till January 2013.

Vineet serves as Director with Rural Innovations Network, a Chennai-based Non Profit company, serves on the Advisory Board of Lemelson Recognition and Mentoring Program at IIT Chennai.

Vineet has been awarded Ashoka Fellowship (www.ashoka.org) in recognition of his contribution to the field of Social Entrepreneurship and Life Membership of XLRI Alumni Association.

Vineetha MG is one of the founding partners of Samv?d: Partners and heads the Mumbai office.
She has extensive experience in advising clients on private equity investments, cross-border and domestic M&A, and banking and financing transactions. She also regularly advises clients on issues arising out of corporate governance, domestic anti-corruption laws as well as foreign anti-corruption laws in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financing transactions.
Vineetha is also widely experienced in setting up and advising onshore and offshore funds venture capital and private equity funds which invest in several sectors.
Vineetha has a B.A., LL.B (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and an Executive Education Program – “Infrastructure in a Market Economy” from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government.

The first company that Vinita founded was Social Hues Software and Services (www.socialhues.com), a company that offers actionable insights to marketers assisting them optimize their social media campaigns & customer engagement. Social Hues delivered social media analytics and insights to 400+ top companies in India across all sectors. Social Hues partnered with India’s leading media companies like Times of India, Star Network, Zee TV, etc and enabled over 300+ sales teams to re-sell its solution.

From 2008 to 2010, Vinita Ananth was the Director of HP Software-as-a-Service responsible for Sales and Delivery in Asia Pacific and Japan. She was instrumental in the growth and success of Mercury Interactive, HP’s entrepreneurial SaaS venture making it amongst the top 10 SaaS vendors and the largest SaaS IT Management company in the world with worldwide revenues.

Vinita’s interest in angel investing began when she became steeped and deeply involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem in India. She is actively involved in finding exceptional and talented early-stage startups that are in the forefront of technology, especially in analytics, services and applications for big data.

She holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Santa Clara University, California and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mysore, India. In her personal time, Vinita loves playing tennis; she has four kids - two biological and two adopted - says her place is a riot at most times!

She has conceptualised and launched several products across platforms for The Times of India. Ms. Dawra’s exceedingly popular weekly column in The Times of India -- O-zone -- throws light on Contemporary Living and Relationships. She is Director of Write India, the country's biggest and first-ever platform for crowd-sourced writing -- a  project she conceptualized and launched to discover the next generation of writers. Ms. Dawra has authored three books -- 'Love is Always Right & Other Musings' , It's Your Life -- Reflections on Contemporary Living and Relationships', and a coffee table book on fashion -- 'Fashion Fair -The Journey of 13 Contemporary Designers'. She launched Page 3 and was also India's first fashion commentator and writer.
