He has handled Tax Diligence, SPA advisory and transaction structuring for clients including PE Funds for investments in the IT ITES, Retail, Real Estate, Pharma, FMCG, Infrastructure and Education space. He also advised foreign companies on entry strategy, M&A’s, inbound/ outbound acquisitions, group reorganisations and advise on corporate taxation matters, treaty planning, exchange control issues and tax compliances.

Its Rahul Zutshi is the General Manager of Corporate Strategy at Ameyo Emerge. He leads multiple growth initiatives at Ameyo Emerge, a cloud-based contact center software, and is also responsible for managing the Cloud business for India and Emerging Markets. He is passionate about building exceptional customer experiences for brands through technology. He holds a master’s degree in business management from IIM Indore and has over 8 years of experience in consulting and strategy domain.

Raj Ahuja, CFO, FINO PayTech Ltd
Raj Ahuja is the Chief Financial Officer of FINO PayTech. He heads Corporate Finance, Accounts, Legal & Secretarial, Financial Planning & Analysis and Risk & Internal Audit at the company.
He has over 22 years of experience in IT, Banking, Consumer Electronics, Media and Telecom companies. During this period, he has worked in Finance, Accounts and Commercial Operations with focus on Investor Relations, Analytics, Operations, Mergers, Financial structuring and the sub-functions like Planning, Controllership, Legal, Compliances and Taxation.
He was with Wipro for 15 years and worked for its various businesses holding important positions such as General Manager-Finance for BFSI vertical of Wipro Technologies; Controller for Wipro Infotech, Business Finance Head for IT Products; Corporate Audit Manager and CFO of various business units. During his long stint with Wipro, he was placed in various verticals spanning the entire gamut of Finance and Accounts Function of the group and shifted locations between Delhi and Bangalore.
He has also worked with Star India Private Limited as Executive Vice President - Finance in Mumbai and as Director - Finance & Operations with Philips/NXP Semiconductors India Limited in Bangalore. Immediately prior to joining FINO, Raj was working with One97 Communications in NCR as the Chief Financial Officer with specific focus on preparing the company for next level of growth and business expansion plans.
Raj is a rank-holder Chartered Accountant besides being a qualified Cost Accountant. He is a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi. He has had the distinction of being among the top rankers throughout his academic career.

Raj is the Senior Managing Director at FIL Capital Advisors (India) Private Limited. Raj has over ten years of leadership experience in the Indian private equity industry, with experience of investing across multiple stages and industries.
During his private equity career, Raj has also worked in The Carlyle Group and Merlion (Temasek-Standard Chartered JV) and was earlier the co-founder and Managing Director of WestBridge Capital Partners (now Sequoia India).
Raj started his career as a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton where he worked both in USA and India. He subsequently worked as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for India coverage and served on the board of Goldman’s then JV partner Kotak Mahindra Capital.
Raj holds an AB degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management. He is a charter member of TiE and a member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation (YPO).

His work area includes sustainable agriculture and agribusiness development including Climate Smart agriculture, agri-value chains and agri-enterprises. He brings a rich blend of experience from Agribusiness private sector and multilateral development organisations and works for building effective partnership between market actors and development stakeholders towards co-creating rural prosperity. His training includes agriculture graduation from Banaras Hindu University, post graduation in horticulture from BAU, Ranchi and Post graduate diploma in agribusiness from MANAGE, Hyderabad, besides several exposure to value chains and markets in South Asia.
Raj Gilda, Co-founder & Director, Lend - A- Hand India
Raj Gilda is a banker turned social entrepreneur and co-Founder of Lend A Hand India, an NGO focused on providing vocational education as part of high school curriculum across India. He has worked across Asia, Europe and North America. Prior to leaving corporate sector in 2011 to focus full time on Lend A Hand India, he spent ten years in New York working with Citibank and Deloitte Consulting.
Raj is a former General Body member of National Skill Development Agency (NSDA) appointed by Gov of India. His team currently works across 22 states in India providing technical and project management support to state governments to scale up vocational education in the state. He was also selected by the UK Government, as a Chevening Gurukul Scholar (2012) at the London School of Economics. He is Electronics Engineer from University of Pune and MBA from University of Texas at Austin.
