Shri Nitin D Parekh possesses brilliant academic track record. He has consistently secured ranks and earned number of prizes, medals and certificates in several exams. He possesses six qualifications like B. Com., LL.B., CA, CFA, MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad and MBA in Pharma Management from ICFAI University. 

Shri Nitin Parekh is serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer in Cadila Healthcare Limited, the 4th largest Pharmaceutical Company of India with an annual turnover of more than Rs.14000 crores and has 35 years of post-qualification experience.

Shri Nitin Parekh is recipient of “League of Excellence 2020” award from CFO, India. He was declared as the Best CFO in Healthcare sector for 2012 and also for 2017 by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.  He is chosen amongst the top 100 CFOs of India for eight times in succession by CFO, India. SAP has selected him amongst the top 25 Digitalist Thought Leaders of India for 2015. He has also received Business World-Best CFO of India Award 2017 for Healthy Balance Sheet Management-Large Corporates. 

He has penned a number of articles, related to academics and professional topics, which are published in leading newspapers and magazines. He is a regular speaker at several forums including Big 4 firms, CRISIL, CARE, Dun & Bradstreet, ET Summit, CFO India, IIM-Ahmedabad, IIM-Udaipur, CA Institute, CMA Institute, ICFAI business school, Nirma University etc.

Nitin Deshmukh, CEO, Kotak Private Equity

Nitin Deshmukh is the founding member of the structured Private Equity practice at Kotak Group and has played the pivotal role in building this business. With over 19 years of experience in Venture Capital (VC) & Private Equity (PE) investing, Nitin has seen the growth of the VC and PE space from being a mere nomenclature to being one of the most preferred financing vehicles in the country today.

Prior to this Nitin was Director with SEAF, a US headquartered Venture Capital fund before it joined hands with Kotak and the founding member of the India Team of Dresdner Kleinwort Capital when it started operations in India in June 2001. Prior to joining Dresdner, Nitin had a long stint of over 12 years with ICICI Venture, the PE and VC arm of the ICICI Group from its inception in 1989 to being its Chief of Private Equity Investments heading its funding and investment management activities of various Funds, till the early part of this decade.

Nitin actively served as a member of Investment Committees of various Funds at ICICI Venture and also on the boards of several ICICI Venture investee companies.

Nitin holds an MBA degree from University of Bombay. Earlier he earned his Masters Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology from UDCT, Bombay. He also completed the Post Graduation Programme in Pharmaceutical Technology at the University of Ghent, Belgium.

Nitin Goel, Partner - Real Estate Investments, Milestone Capital Advisors Ltd

Nitin is the Partner for the Development Funds at Milestone Capital Advisors. He has over 16 years of experience across real estate private equity investments, structured finance and business strategy. Having vast experience in sourcing investments, structuring JVs and exits across various geographies in India, Nitin previously served as the Co-Fund Manager of AIG Global Real Estate Fund, co-managing US$280 million India fund and as National Head, Origination - Real Estate Finance at ICICI Bank Ltd.

Nitin is an engineer from MNIT, Allahabad and a MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad.

Nitin Gupta, Founder & CEO, Sickle Innovations Private Limited

Nitin is a Product Design graduate from the Indian Institute of Science. Upon graduating in 2013 he founded Sickle Innovations. After completing his Mechanical Engineering in 2008, Nitin was a Scientist at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for three years. His interests span arts, science and sport. He is an active cyclist and biker. He belongs to a town primarily driven by agriculture, and at Sickle, brings his experience to understand users’ needs in a better way.

Nitin Gupta, Co-founder & CEO, PayU India

Nitin is responsible for the payment solutions business for ibibo. He started his career as an investment banker with Lehman brothers in their London office. He was in the Fixed income division working across asset classes - ABS, Rates, FX and Commodities - both in structuring and sales. He also later setup a similar desk for them in Mumbai. He then founded and ran one of the largest couponing companies in India, www.khojguru.com, which was the only profitable couponing company in India in 2010. He is a Computer Science Engineer from IIT Delhi and a MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
