Dr. Tara Thiagarajan is the Chairman & Managing Director of Madura Micro Finance and Microcredit Foundation of India. These partner organizations take a unique approach to creating social value in rural Tamil Nadu, providing one of the lowest microfinance interest rates in the market along with a strong platform of education. Together they have been ranked #1 in operating efficiency among microfinance institutions worldwide by Forbes magazine. Tara holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management where she was an Austin Scholar and a Ph.D. from Stanford University.

Dr. Thomas Ogilvie, Member of the Corporate Board of Management - Human Resources, Deutsche Post DHL Group
Thomas Ogilvie has held a number of management positions over more than fifteen years with Deutsche Post DHL Group. He joined the company in December 2001 with the Market Research Service Center (MRSC) at Deutsche Post Consult GmbH. He then went on to hold a number of product and business development roles within the Post & Parcel division, taking over the newly created role of Senior Vice President for Private Customers and Online Strategy, DHL Parcel Germany, in 2011. In January 2016, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, Deutsche Post DHL Group.
Since September 2017 Thomas Ogilvie has been appointed Member of the Corporate Board – Human Resources.
Thomas holds a Diploma in Psychology from University of Bonn in Germany, and a PhD. Economics from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Did his MSc and PhD from Mumbai University in Thyroid Biochemistry.
After working for 14 years in BARC, started a business and brand, Thyrocare in 1995.
In 2016 it got listed in NSE and in June 2021 he exited Thyrocare when it touched a Billion USD valuation.

Dr. Vikram Chhatwal, Chairman, Medi Assist India TPA Pvt Ltd
Dr. Vikram Chhatwal graduated with an undergraduate medical degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College. He trained at Department of Surgery at the National University of Singapore and obtained a Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Medicine. He studied international business at a premier French engineering school, Ecole Nationale des ponts et Chaussees, Paris. He went on to study at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Boston. He is currently the Chairman of the Board at MediAssist India.
Prior to this he was the CEO of Reliance Health, a Reliance ADA Group Company. ‘Reliance Health’ had interests across hospitals, health insurance administration (TPA), disease management and health care IT. He was the project leader and built the largest privately-funded hospital, Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.
He was part of the founding team, as Chief Executive, of the largest Indian healthcare BPO and IT companies, Apollo Health Street Limited, and had a concurrent position as the CIO for the Apollo Hospitals Group.

Dr. Vedam Ramprasad is a scientist with several peer-reviewed publications to his credit. He believes in harnessing the power of genomics for providing better outlook to patients. He has been with MedGenome since its inception and spearheads operations and strategy. He has been a prime driver in building the diverse genetic testing portfolio MedGenome offers.
He is also credited for launching some of the critical genetic tests at affordable price which include the Non-Invasive Pre-natal test (NIPT), Carrier screening test, and Liquid Biopsy to name a few. His commitment to adhere to the highest quality standards and processes has been instrumental in obtaining CAP accreditation for MedGenome. With over a two decade of experience, Dr. Ramprasad was previously associated with Vision Research Foundation, Sankara Nethralaya, Spinco Biotech and SciGenom labs. He holds a Master’s degree and a PhD from BITS, Pilani.

Dr Mahipal. S. Sachdev, Chairman & Medical Director of Centre For Sight was honored with Padmashri award on January 26, 2007. He is a renowned ophthalmic Surgeon who is recognized for his expertise in the area of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, both nationally and internationally. He has a penchant for emerging technology and is a leader in adopting world class technology to the Indian Ophthalmic space. He holds the distinction of having performed the maximum number of femtosecond assisted bladefree cataract surgeries in the country.
He pursued his medical education at the graduate and post graduate level at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences. He later joined AIIMS as a Faculty Member. In the year 1989 on a sabbatical from the AIIMS and to master the latest in eye care, he took up a Fellowship at Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA for a year and then returned to AIIMS. Upon his return he pioneered the technique of phacoemulsification stitchless cataract surgery in India.
He has authored over 5 books on cataract & Refractive surgery including the first book on phaco by an Indian Ophthalmologist. These books are today referred to by every budding Ophthalmologist.
